There are no benches or places to sit if you're in a tent.Mixed feelingsWe were pretty disappointed with our stay. We were charged an extra 30€ (which isn't terrible, but it's not great either) for our child born in October 2023, even though the reservation clearly stated that he stayed for free (under 3). The staff claimed it’s an “internal rule” to use the birth year instead... of the exact date—which isn’t written anywhere or mentioned anywhere—and that both the reservation system on camping.info and their own official website are wrong—even though you enter the date of birth on both sites. We’ll be coming back to the area, but definitely not to this campsite.
The large pool and the kids’ pool were nice, but you have to “hunt” down a server just to get something to drink or eat. If you go inside to order, they tell you to leave and go outside.
The camp isn’t really suitable for families with children under 6 for more than one night. There’s nowhere to sit in the shade; everything is new and the trees are still growing, so there will be shade in a few years, but not yet.

No ball games allowed, no splashing around in the pool.
When the weather is bad, there are no indoor seating areas where children are welcome.
The pool closes at 7 p.m....no matter what the weather is like. On closing days, it even closes at 6 p.m.
The playground is... only for kids up to 3 years old. Other than that, there isn’t even a bench where you can sit together.
The rental bath has a “factory charm,” and the floor hadn’t even been cleaned when we arrived.
We’ve also never seen grass this tall at a campsite.
Since the management spends the whole day patting themselves on the back and scolding kids, maintenance unfortunately takes a back seat.
The chemical toilet is emptied into a hole in the ground.
Right between the campsites. Smell included.

I was assured on the phone and on site that the built-in infrared panels were sufficient.
The sleeping area is not heated by the heating.

Due to the good reviews, we booked spontaneously and arrived straight away during the lunch break. Although the campsite was actually closed, we were warmly welcomed and were given a great... pitch by the manager. As we have a slightly larger motorhome, this campsite is brilliant for us, great large pitches with gravel, with water/grey water/black water and electricity. The view of the mountains is sensational, you are right in the middle of it and can go hiking, cycling or use the bus stop right in front of the campsite to take the free mountain railroad. This is all included in the guest card.... Amazing !!! The operators are incredibly nice, as a camper you can also use the hotel pool, which we happily did and although it was a day off, the boss made us Aperol. You really feel at home here. The shower house is extremely clean and spacious, especially the showers. There are washing machines and you can even use the dishwasher for a small fee. You can order bread rolls in the morning. I'm sure others will have something to complain about here, but for us and our needs the campsite is just perfect. Everything is very modern and still new, the sanitary facilities are clean and well maintained. The surrounding area is beautiful and invites you to go for walks and explore. We would particularly like to emphasize the extremely friendly operators,... who always have an open ear and make your stay really pleasant. As the campsite has only been open for a few weeks, there is certainly room for improvement, but this is not a major issue.
The restaurant deserves extra praise - the food is excellent and prepared with a lot of love. For a little refreshment in between, there is a small but lovely pool, which is perfect for cooling off on warm days.

The location, the pitches and the peace and quiet are perfect. But for perfection to a 5 star campsite we would have suggested a few important improvements.
The doors in the sanitary facilities should definitely be automatic.
The taps are far too short....
The removal of toilet paper is tedious.
Unfortunately, the soap dispenser was often empty. Perhaps too little available.
More coat hooks would be necessary in the showers.
There are no hairdryers in the ladies showers.
Access to the water supply at the pitch is difficult due to the weeds and the fact that the taps are mounted very low.
You couldn't even fill a water canister.
The garbage containers were also overflowing for 3 days. (Not an extended weekend).
We would appreciate it very much if you take the criticism.

The... pool is too small for the number of guests and there are not enough sun loungers. Although there is a baby/children's pool, it is completely in the blazing sun and therefore unusable. The playground is very small and only suitable for very small children, there are no sports facilities such as a volleyball court or similar. The sanitary facilities were dirty and were cleaned far too rarely, garbage containers were overflowing and garbage was lying next to them. There is only one tiny changing table in the entire sanitary area. At breakfast, the coffee machine was broken and the pastries ran out quickly. The manager responded to justified complaints in a snotty and condescending manner instead of offering solutions.
The reason why we will definitely not be returning: The managers themselves. Guests were neither greeted in a friendly manner nor bid farewell - instead, we were repeatedly approached in a rude, disrespectful and sometimes condescending tone.
Friendliness and customer orientation are obviously a foreign concept here - and that's exactly what drives guests away. Everything is just right here.
The site is exceptionally well maintained, everything is new, high quality and designed with great attention to detail.
You notice immediately: this is not a campsite "like any other".
The pitches are spacious, the sanitary... facilities are modern and extremely clean. The pool with a view of the mountains is a real highlight - quiet, refreshing and simply beautifully situated.
However, the atmosphere deserves special mention. The campsite is run by the owners themselves - and you can feel this at every moment. The couple are always present, open, welcoming, take the time to talk to you and even look after things themselves. Everything feels personal, but never intrusive.
They even ask if everything is okay when serving bread rolls - small gestures that make a big difference.
The food completely surprised us: fresh, delicious and always to the point. Pizza, pasta, salads, desserts ... everything!
Plus a team that exudes good humor and is so helpful.
Conclusion: This place really can't be compared with any other. New, exceptionally well thought out, with genuine hospitality and great service.
We felt completely at ease from the very first moment - and will definitely be back.

Despite the rain, we had a great time and were able to relax from everyday life, which is what you should do on vacation. We can highly recommend the restaurant to everyone, from pizza (the best far and wide),... pasta, burgers, fish, meat or vegan (delicious) there is something for everyone. Everything was excellent and the service was always very attentive but not intrusive and incredibly friendly.
