We enjoyed the quiet and calm at the site. Pitches are generous, flat and there are plenty of trees to provide shade. The sanitary facilities were very clean and spacious. Father and son speak Hungarian and Romanian as well as quite good German. You are well informed about the leisure opportunities in the surrounding area (cave visits, hiking trails, etc.)... The campsite is newly laid out, very well maintained and spacious. Small trees, very good lawn. Electricity and water connections distributed throughout the site. Very (!) clean and spacious sanitary facilities in sufficient numbers. Covered recreation area with cooking and cooling facilities. Several simple wooden cabins for rent. After 5 weeks of touring, the absolute tranquillity of the site convinced us that it was not a stopgap solution. Very clean, spacious and definitely of a western standard, and they also speak German. When we checked in, we were given a list of the surrounding sights, a rarity in Romania. The campsite also has a guesthouse where the groundsman's wife cooks organic food. We had a very authentic, good and plentiful meal there.
