The entire facility, with its various types of campsites (shaded/sunny/by the stream/quiet), the amenities (pool, restaurant, store, rental bath, water at the campsite) AND the incredible friendliness of all the staff in every area

- Wi-Fi (signal strength, throughput) is excellent (already reported) - The very long distance to the chemical toilet disposal site (you don't really want to drive there)

A well-maintained, beautiful place, a great restaurant, friendly staff, a gorgeous location—everything is clean and well-kept!

Super location, great sanitary facilities and swimming pool. The store and restaurant are also great! We ate well and the staff were all very open, friendly and accommodating at the end.

We had a relatively long walk from pitch 133 to the sanitary facilities. We also found it less than ideal that campers practically had to cross the terrace on the way to the shower and toilet facilities in the vacation apartments.

Location! You can do most things directly from the campsite without a car. Swimming pool, shopping facilities, restaurant

The location is ideal for hiking, cycling, swimming/heated pool, or just chilling out.

I can't think of any, it's a wonderful time with the Fleischmanns.

It is a very family-friendly campsite with good infrastructure (restaurant, indoor/outdoor pool, small store with a good selection, short walk to the lift,...) and clean, adequate sanitary facilities. The staff are friendly and helpful throughout.

The play equipment for children (table tennis table, playground, etc.) could be renewed and expanded. The pool is very crowded for the number of pitches on warm days.

Access to fresh water and electricity very difficult on some pitches very difficult due to overgrown hedges.

Very nice staff at the campsite and in the Untersaltaushof (where we rented an apartment). Restaurant with an extensive menu and good food. Various wellness offers for real relaxation. Very close to the Hirzer cable car station and bus stop.

Close to Merano, easy to reach by bike/e-bike. Good, clean, well thought-out sanitary facilities. Restaurant and supermarket new and of high quality Nice small new swimming pool with indoor area and sauna. Nice cafe in the immediate neighborhood. Restaurants within walking distance. Friendly reception. Nice 3 generation family business.

Access via SS44 not everyone's cup of tea. The approach from the SS44 from the bus stop down to the campsite on a Sunday afternoon is challenging when 5 cars come towards you one after the other.

The campsite is very well located and the pitches are large and well maintained! The sanitary facilities are clean.

The residual waste containers are almost always full! Waste separation very difficult, no plastic (yellow bags) only for plastic bottles, organic waste only a 10L bucket (for the entire campsite). Paper/cardboard only one basket cã. 50x40cm( for the whole campsite). For high speed internet 10€ is charged but the internet is very slow (no high speed). Washing machine and dryer good but very expensive 6€ per use (40min). In the ladies shower the ceiling is covered with mold stains. In the men's shower also mold on the ceiling and the cement ceiling crumbles in some places. Some pitches are flooded during heavy rain. Gray water disposal very difficult because very narrow and at the same time used as a passage! Frequent power failure on the entire site! The obligation to wear masks indoors is not taken seriously (shower, WC, washroom). Very unfortunate because I rely on it (observe/implement requirements such as attaching signs where necessary). Unfortunately, the operator reacts indifferently to criticism, which is perceived as ridiculous. Solution-oriented and serious efforts would be more appropriate! What a pity!
