. One of the people at the reception spoke Spanish quite well and was very nice and helpful. The whole campsite was very clean. The area where we were was a new area

Too bad the outdoor swimming pool was not open.

Everything perfect

The bungalow is very clean.

At the pool, hot water changes to cold water right away. The indoor pool is too cold. The departure time is too tight if you have to leave the dishwasher empty and clean. The deposit is not notified at the time of contracting.

The tranquility of the campsite

The pool was not heated, it is normal water but protected by a roof. It was a disappointment because we decided to come to this campsite precisely because of that.

The services just and not correct indications at reception. The services began later than the opening of the campsite, we were told that the super would open on day 1, finally opened on 3 and only 4 hours in the morning.2 days for 10 there was no bread. The water in the pool "heated" cold,the pool is indoor and will be heated with the greenhouse effect,but not suitable for children to play more than 20 min. The outdoor pools and slides are closed, a pity, but it was indicated. The soccer field is sandy and impracticable.

Beautiful location in the pine forest. Easy lake access.

Music much too loud in the evening, the Bass can be heard far away. Pool regulations not enforced on entry. Extremely uncomfortable floor around the pool. As of September 1, everything is closed: bar, restaurant, no more entertainment.... Too bad for customers who are still on vacation!

As every year, we are not disappointed.

With my 2 grandchildren and my dog, we had a great stay at this campsite, ideally located by the lake, close to the ocean and the Arcachon basin. Super team of entertainers.

Have terraces fenced off for safety (small children, dogs). Ask at reception for information on "dog-friendly" places or beaches, or reliable addresses of dog sitters close to the campsite when you're away during the day.

The spaces between the bungalows are too close together, so there's no privacy. Cleaning to be seen The cold pool and the bottom of the indoor pool. The paving stones outside hurt your feet.

the alleys in the middle of the mobile homes remain generally damaged and dirty, unlike the alley and the main square, which looks like a beautiful cover of a book that's not aging well, this is my third stay 2016/2020 and 2025 the campsite hasn't changed and for good reason it's getting old, the water in the cold pool is very, very chlorinated indoors, the indoor paddling pool has a liner that's all wrinkled, which is becoming dangerous for babies, the outside slabs around the large pool are moving a lot! broken deckchair, dubious footbath. Criticism is easier than qualities

We had a pleasant stay at the Lou Broustaricq campsite. Ideally located near the lake, a really top-notch indoor and outdoor pool complex, motivated entertainers, practical and easy bike hire.

The pool floor is in very poor condition, as are the stairs leading up to the slides.

We've been coming here for several summers now and we always have a great week's vacation! Everything you need for a great stay!
