Small campsite with personal care, children's playground, river, beautiful meadow

one of the most beautiful places in Slovenia
We stayed at this small, uncluttered campsite from 31.07. - 03.08.2019. It is located in the center of Ljubno under the church directly on the river. On the large meadow are non-parceled pitches under apple, cherry or walnut trees, there is a fridge rental, a barbecue hut and a chill-out zone with a... hammock. You can swim in the river and hikes start directly from there. The owners are very friendly and helpful, the sanitary facilities are simple but very clean as they are constantly cleaned. If you don't have high expectations of luxury, this is the right place for you. For us the most beautiful campsite in Slovenia! For us the most beautiful

Price-performance typical for Slovenia bad, but in view of what is offered (sanitary) and compared to other places even worse
You always know what time it is
As you have to pay a lot of money for everything in Slovenia, we were looking for a cheap campsite for a transit trip and found it here in the app. Without checking with the operator beforehand, we were shocked by the €64 for two nights with a tent and a 7-year-old child. Especially for what was on offer.... The sanitary facilities are adequate, but nothing more. At least there is music in the shared bathroom/toilet, which is perhaps 20 square meters in size. There is a church right next to the campsite, which chimes every quarter of an hour and encourages you to get up at 7am. But otherwise it is quite quiet.

Ideal for campers who like a quiet, small place Sanitary facilities a little poor, suggestions for improvement: - more facilities at the sink and washbasin - hooks 8m shower area and at the washbasins - privacy screen washbasin - different concept for separating sanitary facilities between men/women... Otherwise great: friendly hosts, sanitary facilities were constantly cleaned, which made up for the fact that they are quite poor and too few when there are many guests. Everything important (supermarket/bank) within walking distance. With a little more attention to detail in the sanitary and I recommend this place unreservedly, especially since still unbeatably cheap!!!! Plus: barbecue area, fridges and seating included!

Very nice place management, great location, simple but very clean sanitary facilities.
We, 59 and 57 years old, ended up here by chance with our motorhome. What a happy coincidence !!! The campsite is located directly on the Savinja, an incredibly clear river. We enjoyed refreshing ourselves in it every day; the river is too shallow for swimming. The campsite management is a family business... with very, very friendly people. We went on a free guided hike together with other campers. Our scout was David, the boss of the campsite ... simply SUPER ! The evening before some of the campers left, a farewell party was organized on the banks of the Savinja ... also SUPER! If you don't set great store by luxury but are simply looking for a nice pitch, you're in good hands here !!!
