Calm and serene

Very nice stay

First and foremost, congratulations to all the staff for their kindness and dedication. Easy to communicate with, wide choice of activities on offer, spacious locations, lovely views.

Little or no groceries, slightly chilly pool, few staff during restaurant rush, cocktails a bit expensive :-)

That we were so close to the river and could hear it from the tent. Beautiful surroundings and good restaurant and fire clean plumbing

The pool was a bit chilly (a bit cold even with hot temperatures) I missed a toilet seat on the plumbing, later found it elsewhere.

But the pool and water jet are very cold, especially for the little ones...

Lovely campsite, quiet yet big enough with plenty of activities for the whole family. Kidsclub is super organized and beautiful surroundings. The cottages are clean and nicely situated.

Being able to get a coffee at the bar would make it a 10 :)

On-site water supply. Create possibilities to clean and empty chemical toilets. Create possibilities to discharge grey water.

We booked a pitch for 8 days in August and had a great stay. The managers are welcoming and very friendly. Everything went very smoothly.

Maybe a lot of concerts in the evenings... other themes could be nice... but the concerts are very good all the same...

Beautiful view. Delicious bread. Tasty pizzas. Trampoline and bouncy castles. Nice swimming pool. Lovely hard showers in s3. Nice that you could play mini golf for free. Play area across from the campground was fun. Col de Rousset was a very nice outing and also the butterfly farm was beautiful. That one was also fun to visit.

Path to jacuzzis hurt some feet. Pool needs maintenance on tiles and floors. Unfortunately for us it was going to rain the last few days so we left early. Deep pool is not heated so children did not want to go in.

Magnificent location. Walk to Châtillon en Diois for the market, have a coffee.....piscine au camping avec son snack, coin sport, pétanque...on est bien au camping!

Campers who are a little too at ease and who don't respect the rules and people (many children are left to their own devices by their parents).

Camping L'Hirondelle is a true family paradise in the enchanting Drôme Valley, situated on the babbling Bez River and equipped with several private pools, perfect for both relaxation and water fun. The spacious, shaded camping pitches give you privacy and a fine natural atmosphere every time.

The campsite has a large expanse that adds to its charm, but at the same time you notice that cars and electric golf carts (staff) are in heavy use, for example to fetch bread in the morning or to take children to the pool. The path that runs through the campground sometimes feels almost like a mini highway, which can occasionally be at the expense of tranquility - a pity, because in fact, it is precisely this friendly atmosphere that contributes so much to the relaxed vacation experience. Finally, we unfortunately suffered very often from the smell of sewage near toilet building S3.

The location by the river and staying in the woods were nice, which was positive.

For people who have a caravan or camper, there is no water connection to fill the water tank. No place to empty the chemical toilet (with blue liquid) and no place to empty (a little) dirty water. The heated pool was ice cold, but this made for many more visits to the river. Something we actually came for.

This campsite and all its staff are magnificent... Superb stay in a green setting...

Very well shaded, in the forest. Not suitable for campers, no real grocery store nearby. River bank appreciable when water is clear, very average after storms.

Let your French-speaking campers know that not many of them will speak French.
