The peace and quiet, the proximity of the beaches and the friendliness of the staff... As we arrived at the end of the season, we were unfortunately unable to use the outdoor pool, but we still had access to the indoor pool and Spa.

We missed having access to heating at the end of the season. The humidity caused by the arrival of the "cold drop" spoiled the weekend a little.

Visiting Oléron out of season is a real pleasure. There are far fewer people on the bike paths!

Campsite overlooking the sea. Short walk of about 400m if you are not handicapped. So you can go fishing and to the beach without a car.

Hello, all in all a good holiday at your campsite with my 2 children aged 5 and 9, the site is big enough for my camper van, the paths leading to the beach are nice to do with the children, the beaches are easy to access and the mini-market is practical.

I hope I'm wrong but I think that soon there won't be any more pitches for tents, caravans and motorhomes, which have been reduced to nothing, even though that's what the campsite is all about...one of the things that needs to be reviewed is the pitch, which is big enough but I got stuck with the sand from the first day onwards. It would be nice to have a section with at least some pebbles...trimmed the branches, it rubbed on the top with the acorns that fell off, nobody came to see if everything was okay...only 1 sanitary for the whole campsite, too small and from another age, broken outside tiles, rusty pipes....

Friendly staff, close to the beach

The sanitary facilities, absolutely not up to 5-star standards, totally dilapidated, should be redone.

Hele mooie camperplaatsen. Heel ruim. Super zwembad. Heel leuk restaurant/bar met top bediening.

Sanitaire gebouwen zijn heel verouderd. Deze horen niet in een 5-starren camping. Het toilet en de douche is op zich proper voor gebruik maar spinnenwebben en zo horen niet thuis wanneer er 5 sterren genoteerd worden.

The water jets are great when we have back pain 👍🏻et it's the only area in the balnéo where children are not allowed. The entertainer is great, very nice. But not many people at the evening entertainment, which is a shame.

When I booked, it was stated that the balneo was closed to children in the morning. That's what attracted me to book. But in the morning there are a lot of screaming, splashing, pushing and shoving children, which makes it hard to relax !!!!!! I spent my time taking them back! It's not my role to be the naughty lady who scolds! The lifeguards didn't intervene!

We loved the heated swimming pool, and the friendly staff at the campsite, grocery store and restaurant.

What needs to be improved: Sanitary facilities: outdated (leaking taps, tiling, etc.) hygiene (overall lack of hygiene - no squeegees to clean up after showers). Access paths to sanitary facilities: too much sand, making it difficult to keep clean after a shower, and so we bring sand back into the showers. The sewers on the pitches are not cleaned enough. Ours was clogged and we cleaned it ourselves.

All the staff, from the entertainers to the bar, snack bar, restaurant and cleaning staff. Everyone was very pleasant and contributed greatly to making our vacation unforgettable.
