We're delighted that you enjoyed the peace and quiet of the campsite, as well as the friendly atmosphere of the chalet, with few neighbours.
Concerning the temperature on your arrival, we don't systematically program the heating beforehand, as our accommodations... quickly rise in temperature once they're switched on. With cool outside temperatures, however, the feeling may be more pronounced as you settle in. We'll take the weather forecast into account to adjust the temperature if necessary.
As for humidity at this time of year, homes may be more sensitive, especially if they have not been occupied immediately beforehand. We remain vigilant on this point.
Lastly, as regards the presence of ants, this can happen from time to time, depending on the weather. We intervene rapidly as soon as it is reported to us; never hesitate to let us know during your stay so that we can take immediate action.

Regarding the hot water, we're really sorry for... the inconvenience. It was a simple boiler adjustment that had gone out of kilter. The problem was rectified immediately after your departure.
We are particularly sorry that we were not informed during your stay, as we could have intervened very quickly. As a reminder, our emergency number is available 24 hours a day for any technical problem.
