"Ruhige.r großer Campingplatz - Der Empfang ist freundlich beinahe herzlich. Die Stellplätze sind mit Ausnahme der reservierten Plätze frei wählbar und recht groß bemessen. Saubere und ordentliche Sanitär und Abwasch- und Waschbereiche. Ruhige Waldlage, Freizeitmöglichkeiten durch den See und andere Angebote ausreichend vorhanden. Freies WiFi im Bereich des Aufenthaltsraumes.

"Hanglage - Keine freie Platzwahl! Es wird eine nummerierte Parzelle zugewiesen, die i. d. R. recht groß ausfallen. Leider war die Kennzeichnung der Parzellen derart unübersichtlich, dass wir uns trotz eingehender Beschäftigung mit selbiger, falsch hingestellt haben und später umstellen mussten. Sehr freundlicher Empfang, aber für mein Empfinden ist manches etwas lieblos gemacht.

" - Der absolute CP zum Entspannen und Ausruhen! Riesige Plätze, wenig Campinggäste, gute Sanitäranlage, faire Preise. Brotservice am Morgen auf Vorbestellung. In etwa 250m ein herrlicher Badesee mit zwei Strände. Zwei gute und sehr preiswerte Lokale im Strandnähe. Geschäfte im Dorf (typisch französischer Flair), in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar.

Take the output n°3 (Thiers Est) from the motorway A72 (=A89) between Clermont Ferrand and Lyon. Once you are off the motorway, continu till the roundabout, and then always follow "Saint Rémy Sur Durolle", sometimes written "St Rémy S/ Dlle". …Once you are in the village's place of Saint Rémy Sur Durolle, with the big church, follow the "plan d'eau" direction, and go till the lake. Then follow "campings" or "Les Chanterelles" direction. The campsite is at nearly 7km from the motorway.
