We were very happy with our stay—it was peaceful, we received a warm welcome, the accommodations were lovely, and it was close to the city.

We had a very pleasant stay during a three-week spa retreat. The campground is close to downtown Bagnères, and the surroundings are very pleasant and well-maintained. We enjoyed the playgrounds for the kids as well as the indoor pool. The front desk staff was responsive and welcoming. I highly recommend this campground!

A very quiet, relaxing campground. The staff was very welcoming. They gave us tips on places to visit. For us, the campground is just a place to stay; we never go to the pool or anything like that.

It was fine with us. We asked if it was possible to get a toaster, and within an hour, a toaster was brought to our accommodations.

We were able to visit Lourdes and the mountainous region. Then we relaxed at the campground. The campground is in a good location and quiet. Have a nice stay

A few small amenities, such as a toaster. Also, you really need to be on the slender side to stay in a two-person mobile home, since the shower is small, the bathroom doorway is very narrow, and the bedroom is a bit cramped—you can barely squeeze past the sides of the bed.

I came here for a spa treatment, but the city shuttle doesn't run often enough to align with the treatment schedule.

I came to Bagnères-de-Bigorre for a spa treatment, and this campground really contributed to my well-being. Our spacious and comfortable chalet had a view of the Pic du Midi. The campsites are surrounded by trees, and all the staff are attentive and dedicated. The campground’s highlights are the lagoon and the heated indoor pool. In addition, the campground restaurant serves delicious meals and pizzas. Our little dog was able to come with us and was made to feel welcome—which isn’t always the case at every campground.

A mirror to improve visibility when leaving the campground would be very helpful.

Location was easily accessible with a caravan. Great geographical base for serious road cycling (ticking off Tour de France rides) and driving to visit attractions (Lourdes, Grottes de Bétharram, Le Pic du Midi de Bigorre). Flat pitches, choice of swimming pools, good facilities.

Very good. The staff are very kind, very welcoming, and attentive. A big plus is the indoor pool, which you can use no matter the weather.

Maybe we could figure out how to remove the greenish algae at the bottom of the lagoon, which makes people less likely to want to swim there.

The restrooms were dirty, not because they weren’t cleaned, but because of other campers’ lack of manners—toilet seats left up after using the restroom, urine splashed everywhere, toilet paper everywhere. Dishwashing sinks were filled with dirt or hadn’t been cleaned after a camper used them. The pool was unsupervised by campground staff or parents, as specified in the guidelines, resulting in total chaos with children running wild, which drove away people who had come to relax.
