The property overlooks the lake, offering a superb view. It's quiet, and the staff's hospitality and helpfulness are excellent, making for a very pleasant stay.

It was perfect for us!

We loved the warm welcome from Françoise and Jean, the barn in the middle of the campground where the cows are milked morning and evening, the beautiful setting overlooking the Bort-les-Orgues reservoir, and the farm-fresh Saint-Nectaire cheeses!

The campground and the hospitality are really great. The view is magnificent, and it's so relaxing. As for the restrooms, there's nothing to complain about—they're very clean. We only stayed one night, but if the opportunity arises, we'd love to come back.

We received a wonderful welcome from the manager, who was always available and thoughtful and was able to accommodate our requests (a quiet, shaded spot). We were able to enjoy the stay we’d been hoping for.

Peace and a Warm Welcome

A peaceful, rejuvenating atmosphere, a magnificent view, cleanliness, helpfulness, and kindness!

There is so much to like about the campsite - the peacefulness, location, views over the lake, clean amenities and really helpful staff. The local auberge also serves great food.

We’d like to extend our heartfelt thanks to the L’Air du Temps campground for its warm welcome and its well-designed, well-maintained facilities. A sense of kindness and tranquility reigns at this campground, where we enjoyed recharging our batteries for a few days. We would have loved to stay a little longer in that very cozy lodge! The petting zoo was also a great learning experience for the kids! A big thank you to the entire team.

A wonderfully peaceful and well-maintained campground; everything was very clean. We were greeted warmly and shown around. You can pre-order baked goods for the next morning. There’s a nice lounge where you can charge your phone. Unfortunately, we had to leave early due to a death in the family, and the staff were very kind in comforting us and seeing us off.

The location on the top of the hill is perfect. The pitches are nice and large and have a good view of the environment.

The water in the showers was cold by the end of the day. Not sure if the boiler was malfunctioning, but a shower was nonlinear possible. On pitch 15 there was more noise than last year of people talking and discussing till late. It is also the WiFi location, so attracts a lot of people.

Camping L'Air du Temps is een rustige, kleine boerencamping. Het is een echt, actief boerenbedrijf waar de kinderen van de camping mogen meehelpen als ze willen. De ondernemers zijn zeer vriendelijk en hulpvaardig en spreken goed Engels. Het sanitair van de camping is wat verouderd, maar zeer schoon. Er is geen kinderanimatie, maar dat zoeken wij ook niet. Het is een camping voor rustzoekers

De regio is vrij uitgestrekt, dus je moet wel een half uur rijden om 'ergens te komen'. Er is wel een supermarkt op ca. 10 minuten rijden
