We were woken up by loud music and bursts of laughter at 2:30 a.m., which woke all of us up. We have three young children. The weekend is meant for rest, not for paying for a place to stay where there’s noise at night! I wrote to the campground and no one replied. Great swimming pool and good facilities—everything was clean, and the showers were always hot.NegativnoBetter communication would have been appreciated before a very large group of about 60 people arrived right next to us; they played music until at least 3:30 a.m., which wasn’t muffled by the river, and completely took over the restroom and shower area. We had to move our campsites very quickly so we wouldn’t be right next to them. Having stayed at many campgrounds, I can assure you that this is the only one with restroom facilities that are so nicely designed and so clean. The campground staff are charming. There are plenty of games for the kids, a heated pool, and water play areas. Some improvements have been made, especially in the restrooms, and the place is full of flowers and music. The pool is also very nice, and the surroundings and space are perfect for a RV. We plan to come back next year.
