Camping Ettelbruck Ocene

Very well-maintained campsite, quiet, conveniently located 5 minutes by car from the town center, bus stop in front of the campsite. Very good restaurant, hearty meals

Fine place , clean plumbing , we stayed here 1 night and found it to be fine . Friendly at the reception . All in all worth repeating .

Electricity for people camping would be a suggestion for improvement. If you are traveling with a motorcycle and tent, there should be a way to charge power banks and cell phones.

Was good

This is a lovely campsite and yes, I would visit it again. The washroom: toilets, sinks and shower are super clean and spruced up regularly. The site has a restaurant and is frequented by the local people. The walk to Ettelbruck station is around 20 minutes to take you into Luxembourg city and of course all public transport is free (and punctual).

The campsite as others have said is on a steep hill. Not really a downside if you are like me and like to have a daily workout. There are a couple of areas where the grass is not reinforced to take a Motorhome and I think the owners could make this clear to campers as in wet weather it is easy to get stuck in the mud -which I witnessed!

Our 4th time coming here always friendly and great cuisine. Always look forward to their goat cheese salad.

Fine campground. We had a paved RV site. After all the rain that was nice. Plumbing is neat and clean. Nice bistro on site.

Very nice Kage, the Tiny tent was really cozy, the sanitary facilities top. And the restaurant was great. We ate very tasty mussels. Everything was perfect.

Beautiful location overlooking surrounding hills yet close to Ettelbrück. Campground is obviously very well maintained.

Camping Ettelbruck is situated in a countryside setting, but with regular buses or a reasonable walk to the town. It is uphill on the way back. The staff team are friendly and helpful. There is a cosy bar offering hot food and drinks; often busy with local residents so booking a table is advised.

The sanitary blocks are clean, but very dated - with just one private wash cubicle. The block was partially closed as we were late in the season, but there were enough facilities for all. Good hot water in the showers. Washing up is outside - again, a little dated.

The campground was also well cared for and beautifully located. The bus service to the town was ideal. Luxembourg offers free ov and that ov is also very well taken care of

No disadvantages encountered

Beautiful campground well maintained campground is recommended both for several days and for transit camping. Bus and train are free in Luxembourg, every hour the city bus stops in front of the campsite entrance. Friendly and helpful staff, 3 days delicious food in the restaurant. Ordered sandwiches were delicious. They speak several languages wo very good English.

There must be some, we could not find any, were very satisfied.

With a deposit, one should receive a confirmation. So that you know that your transfer has arrived. And that you know for sure that your reservation with deposit is approved.

Neat campground. Well located to use as a transit campground.
