Manfred B.marec 20263.0Manfred B.marec 2026PozitivnoClose to the sea and Renesse. The crowd is quite nice.NegativnoDifficult access, narrow paths and obstacles on the pitch. Mostly no separation of the pitches. Price/performance ratio not appropriate, especially not in the early or late season. Staff are often unfriendly, especially if you need help.Unfriendly and partly dirty placeAccess to the campsite is impossibly narrow and sometimes dangerous. The sanitary facilities were cleaned in the morning between 8am and 10am. The cleaner even went into the ladies' area with a disinfectant syringe.
Our request to have it cleaned later as normal was rudely refused.
When else is he supposed... to do it? One paramedic area smelled badly of sewage. The sanitary areas are partly run down and dirty. The water temperature is difficult to control. We have been there 4 times now, but will not be going back. Very many dogs correspondingly much yapping! Unfortunately there are still dog owners who do not follow the rules! Sanitary facilities ok, as well as the swimming pool. There is a well-stocked store and a snack bar. Town and beach within walking distance! You could really feel at home if it weren't for the old and, above all, unclean sanitary facilities. Unfortunately, the staff and owners are not exactly friendly. If I owned a place like this, I would be the happiest and friendliest person ever. Bodite prvi!
- 3.0AUAnja und Michael V.april 20183.0AUAnja und Michael V.april 2018PozitivnoLocation to the beach and town.NegativnoCleaning of the sanitary facilities. One bathhouse has now been renovated. Pitches in the rain. Too many dogs on the pitches. No longer up to date and dogs without end. A bog hole when it rains.Never to this place again. Been there for a week or a long weekend every now and then for over 30 years. But this time at Easter for the last time.... The sanitary facilities were only cleaned once during Good Friday week! After a friendly complaint we were dismissed as liars. Toilets and showers blocked... ... Water did not drain. In the rain a swampland because no or very poor drainage. Hedges and shrub cuttings were not cleared from the pitches, branches and twigs were lying around on the pitches. Too many dogs even for a dog area. Often more than 2 dogs per pitch and approx. 90% of the pitches occupied by dogs. Access paths to the pitch and on the adjacent driveway shitty, despite the huge free-range area. Swimming pool was closed during Holy Week without further information in advance and was only opened on the Easter weekend. The store offers everything you need for... an emergency purchase. In the morning there are freshly baked bread rolls in different varieties. For dog owners there is a dog meadow directly on the site. All in all, we had a great time and will be happy to go again. Ralf B.april 20174.0Ralf B.april 2017PozitivnoClose to the beach, no camping factory, snack bar, small restaurant, swimming pool, clean sanitary facilitiesNegativnoNoneBeautiful family-run campsiteWe spent Easter 2017 at Duinhoeve and will definitely be back again! The site is lovingly family-run, with a swimming pool, great snack bar and small restaurant. The price-performance ratio is fine, the sanitary facilities were always clean and well maintained despite good occupancy. Some of the pitches... are separated by hedges and are large enough. This campsite gives you more peace and quiet than one of the surrounding camping factories, which we don't like at all. The beach is within walking distance, even for small children, and cycle paths and hiking trails start right at the campsite. The center is not far away. Although Renesse is very lively, Duinhoeve offers the peace and quiet you are looking for! - 5.0

However, there is still room for improvement with regard to the cleaning of the sanitary facilities,... simply because of the short time spent by the cleaning staff in the rooms, it can be assumed that cleaning is not carried out to the required extent.Samodejno prevedeno.2 kamperja sta označila to oceno kot koristno.
- 3.0TMThomas M.maj 20163.0TMThomas M.maj 2016PozitivnoLocation, swimming pool, large pitchesNegativnodirty, under-cleaned sanitary facilities, friendliness of the staffGreat location, staff and cleanliness need to be improved!Stayed at the campsite over a long weekend in May. Place was almost fully booked. However, the sanitary facilities were only cleaned once (!) a day. Far too little!!! As a result, it was dirty in the toilets/showers etc. Unfortunately, the staff at reception and in the supermarket are not really friendly either. You don't get more than a "here" and "there!" when you ask for things. Too bad.

A great place for dog owners, but for people who don't want to drink their beer all alone on the pitch in the evening, Camping Duinhoeve is rather unsuitable. The staff was one of the most unfriendly "site teams" we have experienced in our 20 years of camping. We will not be visiting this site again for this reason.

The location is just great. 5 min. walk to the beach, about 20 min. walk to Renesse. The place is clean and very quiet due to the size (small). We "only" got a pitch on the small plots, but absolutely sufficient for caravans with cars. The small supermarket had everything... you need. Restaurant (not tried) made a good impression, the menu had something of everything. We were there with our dog, which turned out to be absolutely great. Every second person had a dog with them and there was still no barking. There is a large dog meadow directly opposite the site. The sanitary facilities weren't the biggest, but they were very tidy and clean despite the site being fully booked. All in all, a lovely site. Bodite prvi!

- 2.0COChrista O.avgust 20142.0COChrista O.avgust 2014NegativnoUnfriendliness, unkempt placeUnfriendliness is a top priority hereWe can only recommend this place to a limited extent. Very unfriendly staff. Our pitch was more like a lake. We sank into the mud up to our ankles. When we asked if we could get another pitch, we were told that the little bit of mud wouldn't be so bad. It would be dry again in a few days and if it bothered... us, we could drive home. So we did. Our conclusion: beautifully situated pitch... Only when it rains the whole site is under water and muddy. The toilets are simple and plain and could be cleaner. We will definitely not be back.
