A very well-kept site with newer rental caravans and chalets, all with covered verandas, in the forests of the Monts de l'Ardèche near Largentière. Very quiet and somewhat remote, you can still be in the Ardèche canyon in 30 minutes by car - or immediately in the mountains. If you are looking for a quiet... place to stay outside the main season, this is the place for you. Situated on a gently terraced slope with lots of trees, surrounded by forest. A little off the main road, but with little traffic. Two pools, bread service, restaurant on the edge of the site. Friendly reception.

Beautiful place in the middle of nature
The site is somewhat secluded in the extensive Joannas district, outside the village. It is situated on a wooded slope and the location makes it very quiet. The pitches are level and easily accessible. There are plenty of electricity connections. The ground is partly gravel and partly natural. The swimming... pool is very nice and the restaurant offers a small but good selection. You can have breakfast there in the morning or pick up a baguette. However, there are no other shopping facilities. The operators also speak German and are very friendly and helpful. The campsite is suitable as a stopover off the main routes if you want to explore the mountains and gorges, but is also suitable for a longer stay. However, you are dependent on a vehicle, as there are no bus connections. The sanitary facilities are adequate and were clean. There is also rental accommodation (huts) in various sizes on the site with plenty of space.
