A very nice, small campground. A beautiful view of the water. The restrooms and showers are clean. We'd love to come back.

A beautiful, quiet, and well-maintained campground

The proximity to the water and the natural surroundings along the canal. Peace and relaxation

The restrooms were not clean. Unfortunately, there was no restaurant or snack bar.

The accommodations themselves were perfect! The location (waterway vs. headland) makes it “playful” and dynamic. I found the concept of having people maintain the campground under supervision and facilitating their involvement to be really lovely, charming, and cozy. They really add something special! The grounds are beautifully maintained, colorful, and clean! The only thing I found disappointing was that the restaurant was closed. That would have made the experience complete. Hopefully that will change soon. I’ll definitely be back!

Since this is a very well-maintained lawn, I would recommend that guests avoid using rugs; it wouldn't hurt to set up a few water stations on the grounds either. This was by far the best-maintained lawn we've ever seen.

Waterfront location

Update the website; several things are incorrect; there’s no Wi-Fi everywhere; there’s no 16-amp outlet; and there’s too much inland shipping traffic to be able to fish.

The view is really amazing. The service team is very laid-back. They were very flexible about check-in and check-out, with no strict time limits. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

In one of the men's showers, the thermostat cannot be operated because it is broken.

The friendliness and responsiveness of the front desk

Some of the sites for RVs and trailers are too small (the corner sites in the "Carrées"). As a result, half of our site had been blocked by parked cars by the time we returned from an evening outing. Fortunately, the front desk was available and assigned us another spot. Still, that wasn’t pleasant.

The campground is actually quite small, so all campers get a great spot if you like being by the water.

We've heard from various campers that the showers are often cold. And that's exactly what we experienced when we were there. One second you're feeling great, and the next, you're wide awake 🙈.

Maintenance of green spaces could be a little better

We booked the campground on the spur of the moment and loved it. Friendly welcome, clean grounds—a very nice campground right by the harbor canal and the river. They always lit a campfire in the evenings. The restrooms were clean. You can fish on both sides of the Vispas.

A few suggestions: We’d rather not wash our hands after using the bathroom and brush our teeth in the same sink. We like to do the dishes outside, and preferably not next to the bathroom.

The surroundings, and how friendly and helpful the people are! A warm welcome. A nice fire pit, and good safety measures in place.
