The number of showers is indeed insufficient during school vacations (many families), especially when there are several zones at the same time. We're going to look into the possibility of opening the sanitary facilities in summer, if it's possible to use them in winter.

Thank you for your feedback. The heavy snowfall followed by rain made the site difficult to use. Our priority was to ensure that everyone who had booked a pitch had one. We had to refuse campers who didn't have a reservation. We also found that the main mixer tap was at the end of its... life, which explains the temperature variations in the showers. We'll be taking the necessary steps for next summer.

Thank you for your feedback. This is our first winter opening the campsite, and improvements are planned. Indeed, during your week there, it rained everywhere in France, and our town was no exception. The rain and snow made the ground muddy. The laundry facilities we opened to dry ski boots and... ski suits were insufficient. Next year, we plan to open a second sanitary block if the renovation and thermal insulation work is completed. However, I don't understand your comment about the drinking water. We have access to drinking water everywhere. It's a legal requirement in France.

Thank you for your feedback on your stay at our campsite. Indeed, we had a common room (library, games library) last summer that we didn't use this winter because it's not heated. From March onwards, we'll have a 70m wooden chalet to house reception, the common room and a snack bar.
