Swimming, clean water, service

Waste report several times a day. It was like being at a train station

Good value for the money; ACSI cards accepted during the off-season

Living with dogs can sometimes be problematic; they certainly shouldn't be allowed on the beach—there are too many people there. That's probably why this campground won't have us as guests anymore in the future.

Beautiful location at the lakeshore, near the beautiful.town of Bracciano

A swimming pool would be a perfect addition as it's not allowed to swim in the lake

The campground is well-maintained, the staff is very friendly, and the service is good. A beautiful, clean campground

I can't think of one

It was simply fantastic. The volcanic lake, with its black lava sand and crystal-clear water, is indescribably beautiful. We also used the black sand for pilling by the lake. The view toward the castle is heavenly. The campground is small and very charming. A path leads into town—partly along the road—and takes about 30 minutes on foot.

Everything was great.

Plenty of shade

A small kiosk

This was a perfect base for travelling into Rome. Busy but relaxed site. Friendly fellow campers. Staff were helpful and spoke very good English.

Campground had everything and was well kept. The little snack bar shop great breakfast and sitting at lake watching sunset and birds was very relaxing

Have some garbage cans not on hill so we don't have to mountain climb to throw out

A very pleasant campground on the lake. Restrooms and showers are top-notch. The water is nice and hot. Very clean. Very friendly staff. They speak French.

Superb setting on the lake, nice and peaceful, reception staff excellent at sorting buses, trains etc to and from rome, toilets nice and clean, great site!

Nothing really!

There is direct access to the lake and the sanitary facilities are relatively clean.

The access and exit roads are very narrow and blocked with parking. The beach is very stony and the jetty is dilapidated and without a ladder into the lake - so it has no function. The mini-market has a feast and only sells snacks and soft drinks.

We had 6 days to use this great campsite. We stood 2 spots from the restaurant and the lake. Restaurant you can eat delicious food overlooking the lake. Toilet building was renovated and looked super clean. Only the shower you had to pay with 0.50 cents for 3.5 minutes. The campsite owners were there daily. We were kindly helped. When we could not get a cab back after a day in Rome, the camping boss came to pick us up personally with a friendly smile, top service! We definitely recommend this campsite

Actually, nothing.

Nice cottage

Minimal furnished and 5 euros per day for air conditioning

Beautiful spacious sites. We had spot with four trees and lots of shade. Lovely with temperatures over 30 degrees. Beautiful lake with crystal clear water. Great for supping, canoeing, sailing and swimming. And lots of nice trips nearby. Rome and Ostia are highly recommended

Washrooms with sink to wash privately are not there. We had private bathroom facilities so we did not miss this.

Small scale on the lake Good sanitary facilities but too little and too late cleaning At the lake there is much room for improvement, dated and very much garbage everywhere

Clean the sanitary facilities more often and earlier , in the morning at 9 o'clock there was still no cleaning while there were large groups of youth camped on the site ... also it should then once more often. The plumbing was really dirty! At the lake also a lot of residual waste and very dated. Restaurant also dated and unstructured.

You feel welcome at this quiet campground on a beautiful large lake where we enjoyed swimming several times. We parked our caravan under some trees which gave us excellent shade. A trip to Rome takes about 1 hour by train. This is easy to do.

Transportation from the Azzuro campground to Brachiano could be improved. The City buses run 8 times a day. The last one leaves again from Barrachio to the campsite at 6:10 pm. If you are not on time you can take a cab. You have to book these in advance. If it is not there you can hardly get in touch with them. You will then have to descend along a dark "dangerous" road to the campsite. Then two kilometers is very far. This is really a point for the campsite to improve.

The lake, also the bus into town. All the essential in the shop

A dedicated area for camping , not in between permanent pitches. With large groups of family members. Our welcome by reception was extremely frosty, luckily a younger lady was on the following day .

Well located for excursions into the surrounding area Competent advice for excursions Clean and cozy place

Shower tokens for showering No hot water for rinsing

Clean campsite right on the lake with private lake access. Shady pitches. Friendly campsite operators.

Few activities possible. Cycling tours with children from the campsite are not recommended.
