The location in Süssau-Strand is simply fantastic—quiet, close to nature, and yet just a stone’s throw from the beach.
We stayed in our camper, while our friends stayed in the tiny house. The accommodations themselves were lovingly... furnished and offered everything you need for a relaxing stay—from the amenities to the cleanliness, everything was just right. You can tell right away that the owners put their heart and soul into this place and that every detail has been carefully thought out.
We were particularly impressed by the seamless organization—from booking to arrival, everything went smoothly and was handled with a friendly touch. Whenever we had questions, we received quick and helpful responses.
For anyone looking for peace and quiet, nature, and a little break from everyday life, Auszeit 27 is exactly the right place. The campground itself is well-maintained, spacious, and thoughtfully laid out. The electricity and water hookups worked without a hitch, and the water and waste disposal facilities for RVs were... easy to access. The location is a real highlight—quiet yet just a few minutes’ walk from the beach.
The booking process and on-site orientation were friendly and straightforward. If we had any questions, someone was always quickly available by phone—which is especially valuable when traveling by RV.
For anyone traveling along the Baltic Sea in their own RV and looking for a quiet, simple yet well-equipped campsite near the beach, we can wholeheartedly recommend Auszeit 27. Everyone can just go wherever they like best. I don't need anything too fancy—I have my own bathroom on board, after all ;)

The site is quiet, well-maintained, and located just a few minutes from the beach. Electricity is easy to access, and water is available throughout the site.

That's what we're always looking for, but we rarely find it.

The owner isn't really interested in "regular" campers. What I particularly liked was the proximity to the beach and the peace and quiet—you could enjoy your coffee there early in the morning and even buy a roll at the bakery. Next time, I’ll book the campground across the street.NegativnoI was there over Pentecost and slept in my car; they charged me 48 € for two nights. I was allowed to park near the tiny houses, which were still under construction—something I obviously noticed. There was a lot of construction debris on the site, and of course there was noise from the work. I thought it was pretty bad that I had to pay 48 € for two nnights—I didn’t use any electricity or water—I had to pay €48. The restrooms are outdated; the toilets smelled strongly of urine, and the showers were also in terrible condition.Definitely room for improvementOut of five stars, I’d give this place 2.5 at most.
The restrooms definitely need some work—it would be great if they were fixed.

But we do have a new toilet on board.Quiet, personal, greatWe took a spontaneous trip to Süssau in our RV and didn’t regret it for a second. The campsite at Auszeit 27 immediately made us feel right at home—quiet, well-maintained, and with the ocean practically right outside the door.
The best part for us was how personal everything was. We were warmly welcomed,... could ask questions at any time, and felt at home from the very first moment. That’s exactly how you imagine a great start to a vacation.

They also put a lot of emphasis on the little things that make a place nice and cozy. We especially loved the outdoor kitchen. The owner family is very attentive and Klaus the groundsman is one of a kind. Totally welcoming!
