A very nice place with everything your heart desires
It was very hot during our stay, and the sun shone into the awning from early morning until evening. It would have been better if we could have parked the trailer the other way around. Besides, not everyone followed the rules anyway. All in all, though, it’s a really lovely campground with nice people.... A very beautiful swimming lake—unfortunately, there aren’t enough trees to provide shade. Great indoor pool. Everything is always very clean. The staff at the front desk are very friendly. Right on the bike path with beautiful routes through the Tannheim Valley. We’ll definitely be back.

Dream prospects
We found it to be a great place with plenty of leisure activities. We had the misfortune to arrive in constant rain, but thanks to the facilities on offer, the first week was "saved", especially as there is a lot to discover within a 50km radius of Grän. The sanitary facilities were mostly tidy and clean,... the indoor pool was well maintained and the beautifully designed swimming pond was of course also tested. 3 x thumbs up! The surrounding area offers everything you could wish for in the mountains. We concentrated very much on hiking around Grän, which is perfect thanks to the mountain railroads included. Only the dog was charged. A season ticket for €15 is recommended for longer stays. For us it was a great vacation despite a week of continuous rain and we will come back in 2026 to discover new alpine pastures.

Beautifully situated campsite with well-kept sanitary facilities
The campsite has three sanitary buildings and a wonderful panoramic pool with a view of the mountains. All the pitches are large enough and are all sunny. We have been spending our skiing vacation at this campsite for years and this year we were very disappointed with the quality of the food offered... by the restaurant on site. However, there are very good restaurants in Tannheim and Innergschwend. There is a free bus service. A supermarket can be reached on foot in 20 minutes.

We were there in the penultimate week of October. The site has a wonderful location. Lots of opportunities for all kinds of activities. Staff very friendly, everything always spotlessly clean.

Very nice indoor pool. Bread roll service - everything you need is there.

There is a lot of room for improvement in terms of communication! The lack of decorum and unfriendliness of the site manager cannot be surpassed! We have never experienced anything like it! It is to be hoped that she treats her employees with more respect....
Beautiful campsite with lots of comfort
Due to maintenance work, the power to some of the pitches was switched off one morning without prior notice. When we asked the worker, he said it would take about two hours - but there was no electricity all day, and only came back late in the evening.
When we asked the groundskeeper in the evening,... we only got unfriendly, snippy and not constructive answers - we shouldn't be coy, we could leave if we wanted to!!!!
We did so the next day, not because of the electricity but because of the bad weather front that had been announced - when we checked out, the site manager told us that she was very happy that we were finally leaving. We have never experienced such a lack of communication, respect and decency.
Even if the campsite has a lot to offer and there is nothing else to complain about - we won't be going there again...

Great campsite with a few deductions
We (2P, 1K) had a great week at the campsite and especially enjoyed the hiking opportunities and the indoor pool. I would also like to praise the cleaning staff!

Only the last impression was clouded by the unfriendly checkout (discussion about barrier card for early departure). However, this was then resolved confidently by the owner.

Nice carnival week
We've already been to the campsite at Christmas and because we liked it so much we booked for Carnival. The campsite is great for the winter because it has an indoor pool and a sauna. Unfortunately, we didn't have much snow and were able to use both to compensate. Despite arriving a little early (in the morning) we were allowed on the site at no extra cost.
We will definitely be back.

Nice place but...
The site is beautifully situated and there is a free hiking bus and mountain/valley train rides included, which is a great advantage. The place looks clean and well maintained. The water temperature in the swimming pool could be a little warmer and we found the opening hours until 19.30h too short. The reception could be friendlier, empathetic is something else in my opinion.

- Disproportionate electricity prices, not comprehensible, not in relation to local prices, and when you ask why, you get bad-tempered answers.
Second visit to a beautiful CP, unfortunately you are asked to pay a lot
This was our second time at the CP. But this time was the last. We really liked it at the CP, the excursion possibilities and the tourist card with which you can use the lifts for free and also get into the outdoor pool were used by us gladly and intensively.
The campsite's own restaurant is also very... good. However, you can only pay with a card from €100. I thought Germany was analog, but Austria is more analog.
The fly in the ointment, which spoiled my desire to stay again, came when I checked out and was surprised by the rip-off price. The kWh price of no less than 95 cents. Even in the heyday of electricity prices, I didn't pay 95 cents. Here the customer is really ripped off again on the last day. I can understand that with increased energy prices you have to pass something on to the customer, but with a 4-star CP, 95 is disproportionate.
I then searched for the electricity prices in the Tannheimer Tal and found 24 cents. When I asked at reception, the only answer I got was that others would do the same and it would be the infrastructure costs. I don't understand, what are the pitch fees for then?
I think it's a shame that you can't compare CP prices properly because everyone adds hidden costs.

Like every year 3 weeks on our favorite place
As every year, we stayed for 3 weeks and, as every year, we are always delighted. The site is perfect for families, very clearly laid out, children's and youth play area, large trampoline, small playground on the site, great adventure playground 400 meters from the site, beautiful panoramic swimming... pool.
Large pitches with beautiful views.
The area offers many excursion possibilities, hiking, cycling tours, walks etc.
We love coming to the site with our 2 children aged 11 / 6, it offers the perfect vacation for everyone.
See you in summer 2024 :-)

We were at the site for one night at the beginning of June, pitch GREEN for € 68 for two people and a camper! We couldn't see how these costs were justified! The welcome culture was at the lower end of the scale for Tyrol and this location! Otherwise the site is OK.

Perfectly equipped for our first winter vacation
I am referring exclusively to a winter vacation, because if you only use a small caravan, you need a few extra things that you can do without in summer.
We have found that the drying room is immensely important. After swimming and sporting activities, damp clothes can be dried well here, which is hardly... possible outdoors.
The washing-up room always has hot water and everything is clean.
The swimming pool and a small room with table tennis etc. made our evenings entertaining.
The restaurant is great. Bread roll service also works and they are delicious.
The winter service is on its toes.... from 8 am the paths are made passable.
The garbage room is the best I have ever seen in this respect.
Washrooms and toilets are top notch.

This campsite is just perfect. Everything on the campsite is very clean and hygienic. The wellness area with a beautiful indoor pool also ensures pure relaxation and the staff are also very friendly and helpful. The location couldn't be more beautiful and dreamy. Surrounded by beautiful mountains (great for biking, hiking etc.) and very clean, surrounding villages with good infrastructure, you just feel great here. We will definitely be back.

Our vacation there was wonderful.
There are so many hiking trails because you are surrounded by mountains.
However, if you are traveling with small children, you should be aware that the paths are not always suitable for baby carriages, even if they are marked as such 😅
