A very relaxing campground
As a family, we found our stay to be very relaxing. The size of the property and the view of the mountains were great.
The pool and sauna were great, and it was wonderful to always have a view of the mountains through the mirrored windows everywhere.
The guided mountain hikes and the daily recreational... activities for all ages were a lot of fun. The Tobibahn and the Tobiclub were a morning highlight for the little ones.
We have nothing but positive things to say, as everyone is very, very friendly and laid-back. Even the doctor’s visit was very pleasant and straightforward.

Nice campground.
A quiet campground nestled in the mountains. Unfortunately, there’s no shade on the sites when temperatures are very high. Otherwise, everything you need is there. The food at the restaurant was great. The service was fantastic. The front desk and staff were great. All in all, it was a wonderful stay.

It would be perfect if the convenience store sold rolls
Too bad—it’s a perfect campground, but unfortunately the mini-market doesn’t offer adequate service.
The bread rolls are regularly sold out before 9:00 a.m. This frustrates many guests, since they then have to drive somewhere else to buy bread rolls.
Unfortunately, the saleswoman shows little willingness... to accommodate guests and always has an excuse ready. A suggestion to order bread rolls the day before and pay for them right away was rejected—even though it seems there would be plenty of time to do so.
If it weren’t for this shortcoming, we would have given the campground 5 stars.

Great place—we'll be back!
The campground has a swimming pool and a sauna, both in excellent condition, and the pool offers a fantastic view of the mountains. All the facilities on the campground, such as the washrooms and restrooms, are very clean. The staff are always very friendly and helpful.

Modern campground with a great wellness area
It’s a truly pleasant campground in a great location. The grounds look well-maintained and modern. The staff was always friendly and helpful when we had questions. The restaurant, the small shop with baked goods, and the wellness area are highly recommended. One minor drawback was that some guests didn’t leave the restrooms clean; however, the restroom facilities were cleaned regularly and thoroughly.

A great campground for any time of year!
As always, a great vacation. Two ideas: A small bar serving healthy or alcoholic beverages could be set up on the rooftop terrace for sauna guests. That would be a great addition.

You could offer a dedicated room and partner with local massage therapists. Massage therapists in the area often only make house calls, which isn’t practical when camping. So having a dedicated room would be great.

Highly recommended

A great campground right in the heart of beautiful Tyrol
Dear Eurocamp Wilder Kaiser Team,

We really enjoyed our second stay at your beautiful campground.
We truly enjoyed every single day.
You are ALL an extremely friendly team.
Your campground is very clean and tidy. The washrooms and restrooms are always in impeccable condition.
Your technical staff... is also always kind and helpful.

The wellness and pool area is the jewel of the entire campground. It’s a truly wonderful place to unwind and relax.
The sites are sufficiently large, and the waste disposal and fresh water stations are within easy walking distance.
The Kaiseralm restaurant serves very delicious food—and at a reasonable price.

However, a few small things could still be improved or added:
1. Wi-Fi and mobile data connections are very inconsistent, and the signals are often too weak.
2. A few umbrellas on the sun terrace would be nice.
But these few minor issues certainly won’t stop us from visiting you again.
We’ll definitely be back :-)

A Dream
Just like every year, it was a very, very nice stay at Euro Camp Wilderkaiser... this year was our first time with our grandchildren, and they were absolutely thrilled—there wasn’t a dull moment... the restrooms were, once again, spotless and well-maintained... and we’ll be back, and we’ll definitely... recommend this campground to our friends..... Huge praise from us to the entire staff—everyone was friendly and accommodating... thanks to everyone for the wonderful stay at your campground

Unfortunately, not as hoped
The staff was very friendly. However, the campground doesn’t make a good impression overall. There are too many long-term campers, which really detract from the overall atmosphere. Also, there’s no privacy on the campsites. The campsites aren’t separated by anything—like nice landscaping (a hedge), for... example. Anyone can set up their camp however they want. For example, we were practically “surrounded” by three RVs that belonged to the same group… The showers are outdated and small (but clean!). There are enough showers and restrooms. But depending on where you’re parked on the site, it’s a very long walk (especially to do the dishes).
The pool is great. However, it turns into a kids’ playground. Everyone jumps in from all over and uses swim rings and air mattresses. So the pool fills up quickly. I won’t even get started on the noise level. The furniture by the pool gets so hot from the sun that you can easily burn yourself.
At the mini-shop, you can only pay in cash (it’s 2026!!!). The opening hours are a joke, too.
If you want to do laundry, you need €4 in exact change in €1 coins (again, cash only).
If you’re looking for peace and quiet, this campground is definitely not the place for you.

The campground offers plenty of space. The restroom facilities are good and very clean. The activities for children, toddlers, teens, and even adults are very extensive and appealing. The swimming pool and sauna, in particular, left a very positive impression. The dog park in front of the campground... is extremely commendable. The only negative points were the relatively limited shade on the campsites and the fact that the Wi-Fi could be significantly improved. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The gray water disposal system is borderline adequate, especially in hot and sunny weather.

Overall very good, very friendly staff. The garbage disposal hours are not being followed. Every evening, even after 9:00 p.m., people were throwing away bottles and other items, which was very loud. When we checked in, we were told that the garbage disposal area is closed in the evenings. Unfortunately,... no one followed this rule; everyone opened the roll-up gate.
The staff also drove noisy equipment across the site during lunchtime, and at times even used a roller. In my opinion, that shouldn’t be happening during lunchtime.
Otherwise, it’s a beautiful site in a good location.

Almost perfect

Light and Shadow
First, the positives: the staff at the front desk are friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The same goes for the groundskeeper. The restrooms are clean. What I didn’t like: there are far too many very large—some even massive—RV campers. A sea of metal. For four days, I stared at the back of a 4-meter-tall... metal monster. Very distracting. I have a different idea of what camping is. The water in the shower sinks runs for 3 seconds, then stops. You constantly have to turn the water on again. Saving water is important, no question. But like this? Upon arrival, you receive a wristband that is supposed to identify you as a “paying guest.” I thought that was silly. Especially since no one checks it.
