This was our eighth time at Campingpark Kerkenhof near Sonsbeck, and as always, we’re thrilled! Everything here is just right. The restrooms are on par with a hotel, the entire grounds are exceptionally well-maintained, and you feel right at home from the very... first moment.
You can tell that they place a high priority on cleanliness, order, and the well-being of their guests.
What more could you ask for? For us, Campingpark Kerkenhof is always worth the trip. We’d love to come back and are already looking forward to our next stay!

It’s simply a dream come true for families. The new wash houses are really great. The kids’ pool is especially fantastic—a real dream for the little ones. Check-in and check-out went smoothly. We stayed in the Troll because the nighttime temperatures were a bit too cool for camping. There isn’t much space in the Troll, but having a warm place to sleep was important. You can cook meals and do other things outside at a table. Beautiful grounds, fantastic modern restroom facilities. There’s a stop for the community bus right at the reception desk. The bus goes all the way into town. I also recommend the bistro on the campground. The pickled herring with fried potatoes is to die for.

There’s a refrigerator and a lounge and cooking area. For the kids, there’s a great playground and animals to pet. Check-in went smoothly even though we arrived late.
