The restaurant is brilliant and the staff are wonderfully helpful and friendly across the whole site. Long walks to the few available washhouses, smelly sewers, and everything felt a bit neglected. The loud street noise, which started very early, also bothered us immensely. - 3.0RSRebecca S.august 2026It was okayOverall, I’d say the stay was okay. To be honest, we’d hoped for more. There were hardly any activities for older children or teens, and for the little ones, it was mostly just arts and crafts.
What also bothered us—unlike at other resorts—were the restroom facilities. There were always long lines,... and the showerhead couldn’t be secured in place.
There were also far too few washing machines on site.
We loved the swimming pool, but the admission prices weren’t justified.
And finally, the electricity rates really rubbed us the wrong way. 0.95 cents per kWh. It’s easy to feel like you’re being ripped off.
