Unul dintre cele mai frumoase campinguri în care am fost.MinusuriNu ne-a întâmpinat nimeni, nefiind nimeni din staff prin zonă, nu am primit instrucțiuni pentru a ne caza, dat fiind ca am rezervat 2 corturi de glamping, nu 2 locuri de campare. Am fost nevoiți să așteptăm în soare canicular, spațiile umbrite natural (peomise pe site) fiind astfel aproape inexistente. Nu există reguli clare privind utilizarea zonelor comune, iar la plecare, înainte de ora de check-out, un angajat a început să intre în corturi să verifice dacă sunt goale, încălcându-ne intimitatea. Noroc ca deja ne aflam pe picior de plecare.O locație cu potențial, dar experiența a fost afectată de haosul organizatoricRecomand îmbunătățirea comunicării cu clientul, un regulament clar transmis înainte de sosire, instrucțiuni clare de utilizare a spațiilor comune și mai multă grijă în modul de abordare al oaspeților. It's tranquil, spacious and has a fantastic view into the mountains. The barbecue area is lovely, with both a indoor and outdoor kitchen nearby. The site has lots of space for kids to run around and play.
However, while we appreciate... the site's eco/solar-powered spirit, we did not appreciate the ice cold showers. All facilities are taken care to the smallest details. Not only the place is amazing but the hosts are very friendly and willing to help.
