Unfortunately very poor waste separation, unclean garbage place, sanitary facilities in the years, Many small repairs needed, Doors jammed, missing, broken hooks, shower heads. Toilets are scarce when the place is full,

We had for a beautiful detached wooden cottage near the little chapel. A cozy campground with a beautiful sauna and thermal pool. Very good restaurant with acceptable prices. Friendly staff. Nice marked hiking and biking trails around the campsite and in landkreiss Rotall-Inn. Mainly locals and few tourists. The rental of the wooden cottage was very acceptable. The beds had good mattresses.

On weekends, the campground can sometimes be very busy.

The opening hours of the indoor pool for families with children are very limited outside of the vacations. The ACSI card is advertised, but was not accepted when paying (obviously the mistake was made at check-in by the receptionist). The electricity is charged according to kilowatts used and is very expensive - but we were aware of this in advance.

Quiet campsite in the countryside. Laid out in terraces. Sanitary facilities very clean and well maintained. Welness area great. Staff nice and helpful.

Some guests who visit the sauna should remember that they are not alone! (Volume, chairs jerking, cell phone)

Beautiful grounds and the playground is great, but I don't think there's enough shade in high summer. The natural lakes are beautifully laid out and ideal for young and old

The chalet was not clean, lots of cobwebs, the lamps were totally dusty and the floor was not really clean either, my husband cleaned the toilet. Clear glass in the bathroom and sauna so you could see in from the other house and it was unpleasant. Unfriendly staff in the restaurant and the taste wasn't great either (toilets dirty there too) Children's times in the pool area 10-12 and 14-17 o'clock and then insanely full because all children want to get into the water. Long waiting time at check-in and check-out (over 30 minutes).

Little space in the barn and in the parking lot when wedding parties are there. We were lucky enough to experience wedding parties on both weekends.
