Parkplatz halten und sich an der Rezeption anmelden sollen. Da dies in Ihrem Fall nicht beachtet wurde, kam es leider zu Missverständnissen bei der Anfahrt.
Die Regelung mit dem Schlüsselsystem für die Ausfahrt dient der Sicherheit aller Gäste und ist nicht als unnötige Hürde gedacht.
Wir nehmen Ihre Hinweise zu Pflege und Kennzeichnung der Stellplätze ernst und prüfen hier regelmäßig Verbesserungen.
