This campsite could be a premium park if it weren’t for its terrible management. It’s in a quiet and well-located area, very spacious, with plenty of shade. The swimming pool isn’t bad either — but that’s where the positives end.

In the middle of August, with the country suffering from extreme heat,... there are people using 200-liter drums to make charcoal fires, which are strictly forbidden. “The freedom of these fools begins where that of others ends.” They’re putting everyone at risk of a fire and disturbing the campers who actually follow the rules. What’s worse is that no one from the park stops this nonsense, and there are several people making charcoal fires — not just one.

The toilets are in a terrible state of disrepair, and as for cleanliness, it’s simply awful. The park’s overall cleanliness is just as bad: the ground is full of trash, from pieces of plastic to bottles, bricks, and even large stakes sticking out of the ground — a real danger to car or caravan tires. You can find a bit of everything.

The lack of civility among some campers is unbelievable. Instead of parking their cars inside their pitches, they leave them in the driveways, forcing others to squeeze past if they can.

Without a doubt, one of the worst campsites I’ve ever seen.

Há alvéolos com metade de bidons enomes para fazer fogueiras, apinhados de pinhas e de madeira e a segurança do parque tudo permite. Carros estacionados no meio dos acessos, não havendo espaço suficiente para a passagem de carros, sendo que os mesmos deviam estar no respetivo alvéolo.

Pouca rede de Móvel quase sem sinal. Rede TDT Muita fraca desaparecendo por vezes. Um pouco ventoso o que se torna as vezes desagradável

O parque e grande e tem muito boas condições, tem pouca rede Móvel as comunicações nem sempre são estabelecidas e caindo por vezes, pouca rede TDT desaparecendo por vezes o sinal, muito ventoso tornando-se por vezes desagradável, mas no geral tem boas condições.

Very large campsite with a dense stand of pine trees. Well located for swimming vacations.
We stayed at this campsite at the end of March. When we arrived, we were surprised by the size of the site. As the site was almost uninhabited, we had a quiet time here. The site would certainly not be our cup of tea in high season! Not all the facilities were available during our stay. The bar was open... and a bread roll service was available. The reception was well staffed, but hardly informed about the leisure activities in the area (long-distance hiking trail...). The pitches are adequately sized. There were only a few (but enough) pitches available for tourists in March. There was a small, probably very new sanitary block - well equipped, modern and kept very clean. We were at this site to hike a few stages of the fishermen's path (Rota Vicentina) above the Atlantic cliffs. We were unable to get any information on transport connections or cab services at the campsite. The walks were simply beautiful at the end of March/beginning of April. Everything was in full bloom, the temperatures were pleasant and the hiking trails were not very busy. The bays we saw along the way were almost always really beautiful - like the beach near the campsite.

Agora que os asquerosos funcionáros do sindicato sitava deixaram de mandar neste estupendo parque, já as pessoas normais e de boa moral poderão frequentar estas magnificas condições de camping. É dos melhores parques que eu conheço, agora que a Orbitur comanda as coisas. É de visitar os arredores, comer em Mil Fontes e rezar para que os capangas do sindicato não mais mandem nem estraguem o parque.

Parque bastante bom e com uma excelente relação qualidade/preço. Possui uma praia muito próxima. Recomendo para malta jovem!

Huge and actually beautiful campsite just outside Vill Nova de Milfontes. The pitches are nicely shaded under tall pine trees. The sanitary facilities were OK. Unfortunately, about 95% of all pitches are occupied by permanent campers (caravan + awning + canopy + additional roof over the entire pitch).... You have the feeling of living in a camping ghetto. On weekdays, only a few of the dwellings are occupied, creating a strange atmosphere on the site. The beautiful beach is about 1km away. We moved on quite quickly and cannot recommend the site.
