The toilets are not clean and are in an advanced state of disrepair, there is an intense smell of bonfires in the alveoli and plots, even though it is not allowed, causing an intense stench outside and on the clothes laid out. There are plots with half of the drums used for bonfires, piled high with pine cones and wood, and the park's security allows it all. Cars parked in the middle of the driveways, with not enough space for cars to pass through, which should be in the respective alcove.
Lack of cleaning and bonfires on camping pitches
It is a very dilapidated park, very dirty, and the garbage cans scattered around smell very bad. There is a noticeable lack of cleanliness in the toilets, which are in an advanced state of disrepair and smell bad. Fires are set in the alveoli and plots, even though it's not allowed, causing an intense... stench outside and on the clothes laid out. There are plots with half of the drums used for bonfires, piled high with pine cones and wood, and the park's security allows it all. Cars are parked in the middle of the driveways, and there isn't enough space for them to pass through. It's unfortunate that a campsite with such a location is increasingly deteriorating.

600 meters from the beach, you can go by car or on foot. Very quiet, pleasant atmosphere.

Poor mobile network with almost no signal. Very weak DTT network, sometimes disappearing. A little windy, which can be unpleasant at times
I enjoyed my time here
The park is large and has very good conditions. There is little mobile network, communications are not always established and sometimes drop out, there is little DTT network and the signal sometimes disappears, it is very windy and sometimes unpleasant, but overall it has good conditions.

Very large campsite with a dense stand of pine trees. Well located for swimming vacations.
We stayed at this campsite at the end of March. When we arrived, we were surprised by the size of the site. As the site was almost uninhabited, we had a quiet time here. The site would certainly not be our cup of tea in high season! Not all the facilities were available during our stay. The bar was open... and a bread roll service was available. The reception was well staffed, but hardly informed about the leisure activities in the area (long-distance hiking trail...). The pitches are adequately sized. There were only a few (but enough) pitches available for tourists in March. There was a small, probably very new sanitary block - well equipped, modern and kept very clean. We were at this site to hike a few stages of the fishermen's path (Rota Vicentina) above the Atlantic cliffs. We were unable to get any information on transport connections or cab services at the campsite. The walks were simply beautiful at the end of March/beginning of April. Everything was in full bloom, the temperatures were pleasant and the hiking trails were not very busy. The bays we saw along the way were almost always really beautiful - like the beach near the campsite.

Pros: well-monitored campsite.800m from a beautiful, quiet beach.good price. Minus: Far from town, bike rides are dangerous (road), some sanitary facilities are old.

Now that the disgusting employees of the Sitava syndicate are no longer in charge of this wonderful park, normal people with good morals will be able to enjoy these magnificent camping conditions. It's one of the best parks I know, now that Orbitur is running things. It's worth visiting the surrounding area, eating at Mil Fontes and praying that the union goons no longer run the park or ruin it.

A very good park with excellent value for money. It has a beach very close by. I recommend it for young people!

Huge and actually beautiful campsite just outside Vill Nova de Milfontes. The pitches are nicely shaded under tall pine trees. The sanitary facilities were OK. Unfortunately, about 95% of all pitches are occupied by permanent campers (caravan + awning + canopy + additional roof over the entire pitch).... You have the feeling of living in a camping ghetto. On weekdays, only a few of the dwellings are occupied, creating a strange atmosphere on the site. The beautiful beach is about 1km away. We moved on quite quickly and cannot recommend the site.
