    Not a nice stay
    Not very customer focused. They failed to inform that the double room we asked for, in fact was an apartment with bunk beds. They were unable to change this and did not show any will to compensate in any way. Despite the information both on their website and lobby, the apartment did not have a stove. In general they did not try to solve the problem in a nice or professional way. According to the staff the manager told him not to compensate.
