It was regrettable to see disrespectful people turning up the air-conditioning to 17 degrees when it was 40 degrees outside with the windows open! That's why we asked everyone to make an effort to reduce their consumption (by not plugging everything in at the same time) between 6.30 and 9.00 pm. Believe us, in the middle of the restaurant service (because yes, we're also in the kitchen and on duty), we had other things to do, and the situation didn't make us feel at ease, because since our acquisition in 2023, it's the 1st time we've had to deal with this problem! It's a question of knowing how to live as a community in this selfish world. We were rather reactive, as we very quickly had an electrician, ENEDIS and EDF intervene to increase the power and improve our installations so that you could enjoy your 40 degrees without any electrical gymnastics. As for the nocturnal swimming pool, it's just a question of allowing customers to swim in a pool that's on until 11:00 pm, not a pool party!
