Well-managed site with family connection. Friendly and open-minded permanent campers and entertaining evenings with them. Good excursion possibilities and many sightseeing opportunities.

super friendly staff, we come to this place several times a year with our camper and feel very comfortable here. the landlady, her husband, a large part of the permanent campers and the regular guests from the village often sit together in the restaurant and have a lot of fun together.THAT IS THE LIFE!

Cozy, friendly, without chic chici
The site is right on the Rhine and once you get used to the rail traffic behind the site, it's really cozy. The boat traffic is more relaxing than disturbing, and you know beforehand that the Rhine is a busy shipping lane. The sanitary facilities are a bit outdated but clean. There is a restaurant on... site. From Rhens you can make wonderful MTB tours/hikes in all directions. We have been coming back to this campsite for extended weekends for several years now and have fallen in love with the area. Rhens is a cozy, ancient town/village, Boppard can be reached by bike in 30 minutes, Koblenz as well....

- very beautiful location on the banks of the Rhine - conveniently located (Koblenz 15km away)

- All washbasins with cold water only - Washing up in the "fountain" with cold water - Some electrical cables have to be laid across driveways
Flood-proof directly on the banks of the Rhine
The site is a typical permanent campsite. At the beginning we were bothered by the fact that the railroad runs behind the site and the Rhine with its busy shipping traffic is in front of the site, but you get used to it. The sanitary facilities are tidy, but unfortunately a bit outdated. If there had been a covered dishwashing area with hot water, I would have given it 4 stars.
