Wonderful fall break
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at Strandcamping Podersdorf last weekend!

The location directly on Lake Neusiedl is simply unbeatable and offers a breathtaking backdrop for pure relaxation. Waking up in the morning with a view of the lake is pure vacation.

We would particularly like to highlight... the "Camp & Cork" event - winegrowers go camping. It was a wonderful and atmospheric event that rounded off the stay perfectly. A great idea to enjoy the region's excellent wines right by the lake!

The entire campsite is super clean and tidy, which we found very positive. The well-kept sanitary facilities and the well-kept grounds contribute significantly to the feeling of well-being.

The surrounding area also has a lot to offer: In Podersdorf you can find everything you need, from good food to shopping. For families, the PODOplay playground is a real highlight and provides the best entertainment for children.

We will definitely be back soon and are already looking forward to our next "Vitamin See" vacation!

Directly on the lake, within walking distance of the village and restaurants. Friendly reception. Small supermarket right at the entrance with bread rolls etc. Sanitary clean, unfortunately at our time there was a technical defect in a wash house, so you had to go to the other, far away sanitary to shower. Good for cyclists, with direct access to the cycle path.
Negative ting
Not ideal for dog owners, as you can't take your dog to the beach here.
Good for water sports
We quite liked it, but I wouldn't go there again with a dog.

Beautiful campsite, great location.
It was our second time there on a pitch with a tent. We definitely come back every year. The staff at reception are incredibly friendly. The pitch and the sanitary facilities are always clean and well maintained. There is a small camping store on site as well as a small snack bar and vending machines. You are well catered for there. A dream with children. Especially the location right on the beach.

Perfect family campsite
We were with our granddaughter 3 years for a week on this place, for this age group was offered a lot.
We also had dogs with us - the dog zone is very small, it would also be nice if there was a small section where dogs were also allowed in the water, otherwise I can recommend the place for families, the plots are well signposted and the size is great.
The activities on offer are very varied. The staff are friendly and courteous.

Campsite Podersdorf
Very quiet campsite, pitches easily accessible, wash house very clean and the staff at reception are very friendly and helpful. Well suited for families with children of all ages, with the Burgenlandkart you have free access to the lidos with all the advantages for the children and also get a lot of... discounts. There is also plenty on offer for adults. You can access the B10 cycle path directly from the campsite, which leads around the entire lake with connections to other cycle paths inland. There are also several winegrowers in the village where you can enjoy a wine tasting at any time. We will definitely be back

Relaxing vacation
Campsite chosen because of its location. We would have thought more life in the village, but the campground was a nice discovery. We spent a very relaxing week, where we appreciated the courtesy of the staff, the always excellent cleanliness of the bathrooms and the tranquility of the campground (with beautiful sunsets).
Only advice, bring a bike (although there are rental points in the village and there are some buses)

Very friendly staff! Whether you stay 1 night or 2 weeks, they are always friendly and helpful. The pitches are well maintained and free to choose. We like to go there 3-4 times a season and always feel at home...

A REALLY FANTASTIC CAMPSITE
WE WERE HERE FOR THE FIRST TIME AT THIS CAMPSITE AND WERE ABLE TO EXPERIENCE 3 WEEKS OF WONDERFUL CAMPING VACATION. FROM THE VERY FRIENDLY STAFF AT RECEPTION TO THE SERVICE STAFF, WE WERE REALLY IMPRESSED. THE PITCH WAS VERY LARGE AND OFFERED PLENTY OF SUN AS WELL AS SHADE FROM THE TREES. THAT WAS SUPER... PLEASANT. BUT THE BEACH AREA WAS ALSO VERY ATTRACTIVE. ALTHOUGH THE CAMPSITE WAS ALMOST ALWAYS FULLY BOOKED, THE BEACH WAS VERY MANAGEABLE AND PLEASANT. THE SPORTS FACILITIES HERE ARE FANTASTIC AND VERY VARIED. THE LAKE IS GREAT FOR SWIMMING, IT'S NOT PARTICULARLY DEEP AND THEREFORE VERY WARM. WHAT WE LIKED BEST WAS CYCLING HERE, WITH THE MANY DIFFERENT TOUR OPTIONS. THE LEISURE ACTIVITIES FOR YOUNG CHILDREN AND TEENAGERS ARE ALSO EXCEPTIONAL AND EXCITING. WE WERE ALSO VERY LUCKY WITH THE WEATHER, 3 WEEKS OF SUNSHINE WITH 2 THUNDERSTORMS AND ONE SUNLESS DAY. IN ANY CASE, WE ARE VERY ENTHUSIASTIC AND WILL PROBABLY COME BACK NEXT YEAR.

Our first vacation in Burgenland
Everything was easy right from the reservation stage. You can even choose a fixed pitch number and don't have to pay extra for it. The check-in was quick and easy. As newcomers to Burgenland, we were given lots of important information at the CI!
The site is spacious and beautiful. We had a pitch in... the 2nd row from the lake - fantastically beautiful!
We particularly liked the night-time rest, which starts at 10 pm and which everyone really adheres to. It was pure relaxation! Special thanks to the 'night watchman' who ensures peace and quiet (I never saw him, but supposedly there is someone!).

Beautiful vacation
We stayed here for 1 1/2 weeks to cycle and relax. Pitch "large" was more than sufficient for our relatively long caravan (compared to the old parcelling still visible on the lines). Despite two long weekends, it was relatively quiet and relaxed on this huge pitch (we've had other experiences). The cleaning team coped really well with the rush, all respect.

The campsite is in a great location, with excellent cycle paths, parking for additional vehicles in front of the entrance, cafe and small store right at the entrance, nice pitches in different sizes depending on your needs;
good pubs, bars, wine taverns, cafes etc. within 5 to 15 minutes walking distance!
Small bar where drinks and food are offered, in the evening there was live music!
Everything you need for relaxing days is available!
