Beautiful campsite
Super location with possibilities in the swimming pool and small beach on the Main. This is the 2nd time we have visited the place with our satisfaction. We will come again. A big thank you to Mrs. Lorenz and Dino.

Beautiful little campsite
The campsite is small and cozy. The service provided by the manager was great! At the front of the registration area there are spacious facilities for showering. Further back on the site is a small toilet block (4 toilets) and 2 showers ... also small but perfectly adequate. Everything was perfectly... clean and tidy at 7.30 in the morning. We were very satisfied. I think it's a question of what you like! If you like luxury, this is not the place for you. If you like modesty and value cleanliness... this is the place for you! Small but nice ... my conclusion!

It was my first time at this campsite and I was pleasantly surprised.
The campsite is very well maintained, the riverside pitch was large and beautifully laid out. There was also a small beach in the immediate vicinity of my pitch.
The staff at reception were very friendly and check-in went smoothly.
The old town of Lohr am Main is very easy to reach on foot within 10 minutes.
I will definitely spend a short vacation at the campsite again.

Pitch right next to the sanitary block, as no "consideration" was shown and there was loud flushing in the middle of the night. The cleaning of the little house was also too loud at night

Familiar atmosphere. Only a few minutes' walk to the city center. Groceries etc. in the immediate vicinity. Clean sanitary facilities. Friendly reception and service. Swimming pool right next door.

The only disposal point for WC cassettes is quite far away. Hand wash basin for ladies WC outside. No shopping facilities or snack bar directly on site.

The campsite is suitable for all ages. Many activities are possible nearby. Excellent location for water sports enthusiasts. Jetty and slip available.

We liked the location (close to the town), but above all the sanitary facilities were in a very clean condition. The size of the pitches is comfortable and the electricity connection in the immediate vicinity is very helpful.

Evaluation of the pitch
It was a bit unusual for us to see long-term campers and motorhomes on the same pitch. We were also a little surprised that it is possible to reserve a pitch, contrary to what we were told on the phone. Otherwise, we were very satisfied and will certainly visit the site again.

Only suitable to a limited extent for families with small children, as there is no playground on the site.
Quiet place to relax, hike and cycle
The campsite is located directly on the Main. There are well-developed cycle paths that start and end directly at the site. A petrol station, supermarket and music pub are just a few minutes' walk away, as is Lohr's outdoor swimming pool. Lohr's old town is also definitely worth a visit. As we had the... bikes with us, we were able to leave the car parked for the whole stay. I think the campsite is only partially suitable for small children if you don't want to spend every day in the outdoor pool next door.

We liked this campsite very much. Pitch on the shore again and again. The town of Lohr is just around the corner with numerous restaurants and stores. Edecka supermarket 200m away. Super clean toilets and showers. Very nice and friendly welcome. We say thank you and will be back.
