"place worth seeing, beautiful bay - We reserved the pitch in advance via this site during the summer vacation, which turned out to be a bit difficult. We were told to transfer 30% of the rent within one day, otherwise the reservation was not secure. Luckily it worked out thanks to a nice bank employee. Reservation fee of >15 € rather excessive! Reception on site not particularly friendly, no information on shopping facilities. Bread roll service only on pre-order, so no chance of fresh bread for the next breakfast on arrival in the afternoon! Snack bar spotlessly clean, but understaffed, long waiting times. Nice swimming pool, overall well-kept impression.

"Good campsite - Roses is a beautiful place because you have to see it with a small stream through the village, super beautiful. Super sunsets. 10min walk from the campsite in the village, small stores that invite you to store or just to look and drink expresso in the coffee on the street. We can recommend good excursion destinations from there.

"Nice place to pass through - LOCATION: Campsite 50m above the sea, but no sea view. Beach can be reached in 10 minutes via a nice path. --------------------PLATZ: Large pitches separated by hedges and trees. Lawn in good condition, pitch only slightly sloping. -----------------------EMPFANG: The reception and assistance with inquiries was ok. The lady was alone and rather overworked, also spoke relatively poor English and no German, but was always very helpful and friendly. ---------------------- SANITARY: There were still enough toilets and showers despite the place being full. Relatively clean, but unfortunately no toilet paper. A washbasin with soap is available. Men's and women's toilets together, separate showers in a separate building. Washing-up areas were often overcrowded. ------------------------ SWIMMING POOL: We liked it, small children's pool. Covered, heated, fairly clean, unfortunately no slide. ------------------------- OTHER: Kiosk with ice cream available, chip shop open in the evening (not tested). Playground with climbing frame, seesaw animals, sand, centrally located. Partial animation and activities (e.g. a mobile bouncy trampoline). ------------------------- PLACE: Very nice little place. Small beach. Only stones at high tide. But playground with water play area for children on the beach. Great cliffs with several excursion options ------------------------- CONCLUSION: We can recommend the campsite at any time for a few days' stay!

"Very neat place, above the village - The campsite is located above the village behind the cliffs, but there is no direct view of the sea. The site is completely surrounded by hedges. Plots are clearly separated. Tents and camper vans/caravans have their own pitch, there is no camping meadow. The site is clean, the sanitary facilities, kitchen, sinks and washroom are clean, functional and well maintained. There is a small covered swimming pool, kiosk, games room and you can buy the essentials at the registration desk. Baguettes and croissants are also sold if ordered in advance. The beautiful village is within walking distance. A footpath right next to the cliffs leads down from the campsite.

" - We stayed here for one night with our daughter and camper van at the beginning of July. We received a very friendly welcome and we even got the Acsi price even though it had expired a day earlier. The campsite made a nice impression, there was also a small pool area, but it was already closed at our time. The sanitary facilities were ok when we were there. The campsite is located above the cliffs/chalk cliffs (very worth seeing) and you have to walk down a small path to the beach. For short stays we found it ok here, but for a longer stay we would choose a different site.
