"Disappointing despite good investment - Our pitches were right next to the pizzeria and opposite the children's pool/playground, which led to a lot of noise. This area is therefore not ideal for those seeking peace and quiet. The loungers by the outdoor pool were very worn, with large holes in the covers, which did not make an inviting impression. On a positive note, I would like to highlight my husband's massage - it was excellent. Unfortunately, my gel manicure and pedicure were a disaster: the employee didn't seem sufficiently trained and the result was unusable. After I complained, I still had to pay for the treatment. They only waived the removal and reapplication of the gel, which was hardly worth it. Even more annoying was the loss of three hours and the need to find another salon to have the work corrected. Unfortunately, there was no real concession or professional response from the management. Overall, the place is beautifully laid out and has a lot to offer, but it feels impersonal and was unfortunately very unprofessional in the event of a problem.

"A top place - A very beautifully designed site with a small camping area. Everything is superbly laid out and well maintained. The sanitary facilities are superbly equipped and always well maintained! The two restaurants are very worthwhile! Very tasty and good service. We also liked the simple and uncomplicated rental of the rental car. The service and friendliness at reception was also very good and fits in with this good place. A visit that we really enjoyed!

"Wellness Oasis - The beautifully warm upper pool or relaxation pool is a dream. Some people found it too warm and even complained to reception and the staff. However, I have to say that this is nonsense, as this is a relaxation pool for lying, whirling and enjoying and not for swimming laps. It is also only 90 cm deep. You can activate the jets for the lounging areas and other whirl areas yourself by pressing a switch attached to a flower pot at the edge of the pool. So to all those who want to swim lengths: go into the sea and me in a wellness area. To San Servolo: please keep the water so wonderfully warm! It's a blessing for the soul! The sauna (steam about 50-60 degrees and normal with about 75-85 degrees) are also very nice!!! The showers with the rain waterfall and other modes and the loungers inside as a swing or normal and also outside around the pool are very comfortable. In front of the sauna area inside is a small self-service counter for tea or cold water. The second lower pool is inside. There is also a normal and a steam sauna. We didn't use this area as we liked the upper pool outside, which is also closer to the camper van pitches, so much that we didn't want to use the lower area. But this area also looks very nice. There is also a small gym between the two pool areas on the spacious lawn with the most important equipment for me. Two towers where you can work out on everything. A bike, a treadmill with a curved running floor (not so easy to use) and a cross trainer. Two sleeping mats and a few dumbbells weighing 2-10 kilos are absolutely fine for a bit of exercise. Further on the meadow area is a large whirlpool for up to 8-10 people (possibly even 12 but then it gets full). this has a beautiful view towards the sea (on the horizon ;-)... a bit far away but you can see it). It was hardly used

"5*+ for carefree coziness - The campsite is located away from the tourist strongholds on a plateau. It is easy to get there with a motorhome and tent trailer, but due to the inclines, a strong "draft horse" is required for caravans. The campsite is in top condition, apparently newly opened. The paths are paved with marble stone and the pitches are absolutely level. The wellness facilities are huge, the fitness equipment is brand new. The home-brewed beer is a revelation. Apart from the beer, there is also a Stakehouse with top-quality products and a sensational chef - a MUST for meat lovers. The pictures and videos on the homepage are spot on. The pitches are flat and spacious. The friendliness of the reception and service staff is absolutely convincing - well, generally of all the people we met. The staff is also the + to the 5 stars on this site. The specialty store offers its own beer as well as wine and truffle specialties from the region. At the highest level, I miss a small store with everyday products (cheese, butter, ...). However, Spar and Konzum offer everything you need and can be reached on foot or by bike (Spar also with a camper van - large parking spaces available!). My deduction for pitches & infrastructure: drainage for gray water and lack of SAT access on luxury pitches (ok, also complained about at the highest level). Small real improvement on the side: an A4 page with potential excursion destinations in the nearby region would be an extension to the welcome - of course, also at the highest level, because everything else is simply perfect! Dear site managers: keep up the good work! What you present and offer your guests is great cinema!
