Ordering bread rolls was a pain, ordered on 2 days and 2x wrong.
First time, too few... rolls.
Second time wrong rolls and one less. And that with the prices.
The janitor, let's call him "Bernd", was a bit overwhelmed with the fully booked place. We weren't greeted very nicely.

The cleanliness was particularly bad: there were a lot of cigarette butts on the volleyball court and even some broken glass - not ideal for families with children.... The playground is also not in particularly good condition and some areas there urgently need to be repaired.
The sanitary facilities are unfortunately very outdated. Some washbasins don't work at all or only to a limited extent, and overall everything looks pretty outdated.
Some of the pitches are very uneven and difficult to level, which makes setting up the camper or tent a bit of a hassle.
However, I would like to give a positive mention to the staff: everyone was very friendly, helpful and made every effort to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Even before we reached the barrier, we were unkindly whistled back by an older, blonde, corpulent lady with glasses.
We were not allowed to enter the site. I was told to contact my cousin by cell phone and ask her to... come to the barrier. But I didn't have a cell phone with me. I told the lady this. At first she wasn't interested at all. Then she told me to go on my own and see if my family were at their camper, but only on foot. I heard an unfriendly sentence: "The bike stays outside in front of the barrier", just like my mother and my husband.
I then went to the camper alone. But my cousin wasn't there yet. So I walked back again and was looked at stupidly again.
I've been a camper myself for years and have visited many places, but I've never experienced anything so unfriendly!
What happens if someone is interested in a pitch? Are they then not allowed to enter the site?
I would NEVER want to go on vacation there.
