"Familiar place. Good pitches with good facilities. Close to the travel routes - We arrived unannounced at the end of August during the week in the early evening. The reception was friendly. The pitch was allocated, which is okay for pitches that are relatively equal in size and well supplied with electricity and water everywhere. The pitches are well leveled. When we arrived there was still a lot of free space on the campsite, but shortly before 8.30 pm (closing time at reception) the site was well filled (reservation on weekend days in high season?). The sanitary facilities are old and no longer up to date. But everything is there: Hand basins, shower cubicles, WC (with and without seat), flushing facilities etc. Hot water runs everywhere very quickly after turning it on. Everything worked well. The old sanitary facilities are certainly not easy to clean but were still very clean. As with almost all municipal campsites, there are no facilities on the site. However, Dompierre can be reached quickly on foot. There are a few restaurants and a pizza delivery service. Shopping is possible. The short walk is good and worthwhile - less because of the town but because of the beautiful and large public park and the "manor houses" with their parks. We often travel as early as February or in the fall. We therefore regret that the campsite is only open from mid-May to mid-September. We have made a note of the campsite as a good stopover on our travels.

"The perfect stopover - We have enjoyed stopping here for years on our way to or from the south! Ideal value for money in 2017: €12 per night for 2 people incl. electricity and WiFi Gate open until 8:30 p.m. Sanitary facilities are old but clean.

"Familiar / Very well located towards the south-west - We were only there for one night on our way to the Perigord! Very simple, beautiful place! Very friendly staff!

Profils

Camping am Sportpark und am sauberen Fluss, in dem man auch planschen kann. Das Zentrum der Ortschaft ist nur 500 m entfernt, dort gibt es diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants oder preiswerte Imbisse. Die mit Strom ausgestatteten Stellplätze sind durch kleine …Hecken getrennt. Im Sanitärgebäude befinden sich die Toiletten und WCs und Duschen im hygienisch sauberen Zustand, dazu kommt ein Raum mit Waschmaschine, Trockner und Bügelbrett. Nahe dem Ausgangsbereich liegt eine komplette Service Station für Wohnmobile und eine Chemietoilette bei den Sanitärs. Die Rezeption hat täglich geöffnet und man wird sehr Gastfreundlich empfangen. Hunde sind an der Leine geführt gestattet. Internet gibt es nicht.
