"Camping in the olive grove - top equipped - The campsite is located on a spacious bay with a view of the Mani and 10 minutes' drive from the pretty town of Gythio. A probably centuries-old olive grove has been converted into a campsite here, creating a unique atmosphere. The site is huge, but even in July it is only about 1/3 full, giving the impression of spaciousness rather than crowds. The pitches on the edge (yellow area when booking online) tend to be a little more occupied than those in the middle, although these are no less beautiful. Spontaneous arrivals seem to be possible without any problems (for campers). One pitch is 4 olive tree lengths long and therefore offers plenty of space for a large tent, a large parking space and a spacious seating area. The sanitary facilities are exceptionally well equipped and always clean. There are rainforest showers and LED mirrors. There are also new washing machines, a cooking area with free fridges (including freezers), a bar, a restaurant (mediocre, but food is available around the clock), a small mini market (more bathing utensils than food) and a souvenir store with local products. There are also water hoses / showers for boats / after bathing, storage facilities for SUPs / sails. Nothing is missing. The pool is not the nicest, but there is a slide for the kids and free sun loungers. The beach is very large and empty, a few turtle nests are protected (information stand at the restaurant in the evening). Entrance through a barrier that can be opened with a card. The basses from the neighboring bar and the occasional noise from the road to Gythio were a little annoying, otherwise it is heavenly quiet, deeply relaxing and pure nature. A lovely detail: man-made privacy screens and shading are naturally overgrown and not artificial. We found the staff to be very attentive and friendly. Thank you for the great days and this feel-good place!

"Large square under olive trees - Quiet place with great sanitary facilities (including toilet paper, soap and paper towels at the washbasins), wide beach with fine gravel, friendly staff. Bread roll service in the minimarket. Restaurant 400m away on the beach.

"Super vacations - I had a very nice vacation with my son in the wonderful campsite Meltemi by the sea. It was very clean and neat and the staff was friendly and efficient. The food was great.

"Beautiful place in an olive grove - A great place in itself but the pitches are far too small for motorhomes. The pitches are almost at the front of the beach but very narrow. You can look directly at the other families' plates from the motorhome or stand window to window. The pitch we were on offered no privacy. There were caravans on the pitch but I don't think you have a chance of getting a pitch without a reservation. Unfortunately, we had the smoke from cooking in the taverna on our pitch every evening. The showers and toilets are very clean, but the showers are very narrow and small. The beach is large and wide, great for families with children. We didn't eat out. Unfortunately, the small store doesn't sell any fruit or vegetables.

"Good place with small flaws. - Very nice on the pebble beach with its own sun loungers and sun protection (if you are early enough). Beautiful pitches under olive trees, but only for tents and small vans. Womo pitches small. Sanitary facilities ok, good store, average food.

"Camping under olives - In the low season it was very empty and we were able to camp in the huge olive grove with our bus (there are spaces for large motorhomes/caravans at the front). Sanitary ok. Directly on the beach.
