Family Camping Jelling is situated in the midlands of the Vejle commune, in the southeast of the Jutland. The town Jelling has a long Viking history and two massive carved rune stones from the 10th century called The Jelling stones. … Family Camping Jelling is a perfect location to discover the natural surroundings by bike or foot, of which suggested tours will be available at our reception. Furthermore Family Camping Jelling is also centrally located for all kinds of days out to LEGOLAND (ca. 22km), Givskud Zoo with an amazing lion park (ca. 9km) or Lalandia Aquadome. Family Camping Jelling has a lot to offer for young and old! Family Camping Jelling is a 3 star campsite with many service related facilities. The swimming pool is located next to the camping for which free passes will be provided to all our guests. Recently we have renovated the restaurant, cafeteria and reception. We also turned the camping market into an indoor activities room for the children. On Family Camping Jelling there are many more possibilities for the children to play; such as an Air Trampoline, a Climbing Wall, a Bouncy Castle, free Mini Golf, Petanque, Swings, mini bikes, a playground and a brand new Climbing Arena. Our Emplacements: On Family Camping Jelling you can choose out of several kinds of emplacements, such as pitches, cabins and since 2013 also a luxury Mobile Home. There are 178 pitches on Family Camping Jelling which are offered with electricity and for the light campers there are 20 pitches available without electricity. There are 25 Danish cabins, in 3 different types with or without sanitary facilities. For those who wish to have the luxury of a home away from home, we have 17 spacious Mobile Homes with 2 or 3 bed rooms, a fully equipped bathroom with a shower, a kitchenette, all inventory for 6 persons, a TV and a nice terrace with outstanding outdoor furniture. Enjoy the nature around Jelling! On Family Camping Jelling you will be among nature all day. The region of Vejle, in which Jelling is located, is a very green region with hills and beautiful landscapes.
