Generous infrastructure, reasonably new campsite: bathing lake / fishing lake, close to cycle path, beautiful low mountain range landscape all around.

Certainly a lively, busy campsite during the high season. The peace and quiet and enjoyment of nature is reserved for the early and late season!
Green oasis in a beautiful valley in the western Vosges
The entire spacious complex was only built around 30 years ago, together with the artificial bathing and fishing lake "Lac de la Moselotte". The result is a charming vacation and recreation area with camping, restaurant and bathing lake. The cycle and footpath, which was built on the former railroad... line (very close to the campsite), is also attractive: Here you can take long bike rides away from car traffic, and you can't miss the route! Completely parceled out, fairly flat terrain, divided by small hedges. Each plot has its own electricity connection. Rental of chalets or motorhomes in various variations. Guests with tents are also welcome. We were there in the low season: mainly anglers (fly fishermen, the supreme discipline of fishing!) were among the guests. Overall, the spacious resort was very quiet in spring. In high summer (especially during the French school vacations) the resort is certainly noisy and full (entertainment program during the high season, plus swimming). There is a restaurant in the middle of the complex, with an outdoor terrace. There is also a playground, benches and picnic areas. The sanitary facilities are in satisfactory condition, i.e. middle-aged and average to good cleanliness. The reception was friendly, but only speaks French, some staff can also speak a little English (on request).
