Away from the hustle and bustle and yet close to Murau with its tourist attractions

The sanitary facilities are very basic. 2 showers are rather scarce in the high season
A small, fine campsite in Stadl/Mur
Very friendly operator. Eating in the associated inn possible, or on foot into the village. Grocery store approx. 7 min away. Mur cycle path leads directly along the Mur. Paddling possible in the Mur (WW2-3+). I had already planned to go there again in the fall (when the water level is lower)

Short vacation
Our camping year 2017 was opened. We visited this campsite for 2 days in May (2 people + large dog). The welcome was very friendly, then we were able to choose a pitch (very well maintained). The sanitary facilities are old and small, but very clean. 2 showers each with curtain, free of charge! Small... breakfast offer - but the food in the restaurant on site is all the better. There is a daily menu and recommendations from the region. Shopping facilities within cycling distance (approx. 1km). There are many beautiful walks - ideal for dogs. Gas vending machines are available. Our tip: take a long power cable (CE plug) and a water hose with you. All in all: a small but excellent campsite. We will be back!

Summer vacation with small children
We were given a very warm welcome both at the campsite and in the small apartment. Good food in the adjoining snack station. Animals to look at and sometimes pet, great playground and some vehicles (bobbycars, go-karts).

Lovingly laid out campsite directly on the Mur cycle path in beautiful surroundings. Excellent and reasonably priced food in the adjoining snack station. The owners are extremely hospitable. Super nice new, clean sanitary facilities - could perhaps have been a bit bigger, there were a few "traffic jams". Otherwise everything was great and tiptop.

Very nice place in a wonderful landscape and directly on the Murradweg, the sanitary facilities are always clean and well maintained. In the adjoining snack station you can eat very well and inexpensively. The owner and his family are very friendly and make every effort to make you feel welcome and at home from the very first moment. We will certainly be back.

A really beautiful place. Wonderful adjoining snack station that belongs to the campsite. Super good food! Very, very nice campsite operator! I really felt very comfortable there. I realy love that place suche nice people there. Awsome food nearby at the jausentastion.
