Great gastronomy and extremely friendly service from the reception to the small store and the cleaning staff.... Pitches of various sizes, mostly with trees. Sanitary facilities clean, but sandy beach with the usual marks. Full occupancy even in the off-season. Cycling is possible, but you have to be "saddle-safe" in the usual Italian road traffic.
A really great area with lots of excursion and sightseeing opportunities. Nice restaurant next to the playground which allows you as mom and dad to enjoy quietly while your child is having fun and you still have yourself. Nice sanitary blocks with furnishings for toddlers. Store that provides everything you need. Nice (though a bit cold) swimming pool with fun activities. Overall just neat, nice, cozy, beautiful campsite with nice restaurants and fun entertainment!NegatīvaisAs I said, pool quite cold (especially for a baby) You almost feel like you're in Holland and unfortunately there were some mini-vandals then out at night, but again, the campground addressed it seriously and personally! The long grass or how to describe this in laggo maggiore, feels very dirty and so is not really swimming zone that way.Small, cozy family campground with stunning viewsSuper nice campground with nice villages nearby, as well as beautiful nature for nice trips.
Also nice that there is a little train going to the markets, children like it a lot!

We were right by the lake and had a wonderful time on the site and in the region.
The campsite is well laid out and we were in the area where there were almost exclusively vans, tents and a few motorhomes, which we really liked as campers. Our wash house was always very clean.
The atmosphere... on the site is very pleasant and quiet. Most of our fellow campers came from Switzerland and the Netherlands, less from Germany. Almost all campers had a SUP or kayak with them, which is really worthwhile on this site.
The reception was extremely friendly and eager to deal with our requests. The reception was also so well staffed that we never had to wait.
You can walk from the campsite to Feriolo to a small supermarket. The market on the square has the essentials. I thought the price was totally ok - it's just not Aldi.
The sweet croissants for breakfast are highly recommended, as is a visit to the restaurant. As a vegetarian, you have less choice than in other restaurants nearby.
The playgrounds are more for children of kindergarten age. Our children did not take part in the children's entertainment but the activities on offer looked nice.

Beautiful, well-structured campsite right on the water. Friendly, uncomplicated welcome. The pitch was big enough for our camper van, even though the pitches were very close together. The pitches have different inclinations and are more or less sloping towards... the water, but this can be easily compensated for with wedges. Many of the pitches are shady, which is an advantage in summer. However, we had to be careful when approaching our pitch on the very narrow access roads (approx. 3 m) due to low-hanging branches. The sanitary facilities were clean at all times. There are central electricity boxes, which can sometimes lead to adventurous cable laying across the pitches. The water taps are located at the wash house. The supermarket on site is well-stocked and offers delicious bread rolls and absolutely delicious croissants. The restaurant can also be recommended. The pitches were firmly in Dutch hands during our stay. It's all a matter of taste, but pasta should be cooked in salted water. The pizza dough also enjoys a pinch... of salt! Beach showers should definitely be installed on the beach. You know in advance that the campsite doesn't have a pool. The mini market is well stocked and you can find everything you need. The ladies from the restaurant and reception were never overwhelmed or even unfriendly. We have... never experienced such friendly staff anywhere else.
The beach is maintained every morning, but I personally prefer a bathing jetty. But that is a matter of taste. The site is slightly sloping towards the shore, the pitches are elevated in relation to the paths, so that the pitches dry out... very quickly even in downpours (as we experienced).
Most of the pitches are shaded by trees.
It is often written that motorhomes bring unrest to the site. Here, however, the disturbance was caused more by the cars parked next to the caravans and moved around every day... Not very child-friendly in this respect... But there is a playground and the site is clearly laid out. The entire site, including the sanitary facilities, is very clean and the pitches are pleasantly large. There are toilets with and without toilet seats - to suit everyone's... preference.
Mama's Restaurant is ok.
The small town is not far away on foot, and there are beautiful footpaths and cycle paths in the Toce valley. There are many great excursion destinations in the immediate vicinity.
Why not 5 stars? There is no fresh water or drainage at the site, which not everyone needs, but we really appreciate it, and one night a disco by the lake kept us awake until 4 am.

(Pitch 115) Huge pitch and you can see the lake from almost everywhere on the campsite. There were no toilet seats in our sanitary facilities, which is a bit disgusting for men when there are no pisoirs. The whole site... is huge, but gives a completely different impression because the different areas have been cleverly divided up. No problem with dogs, you can go for a great walk and there is also a possibility to let your four-legged friends into the water a bit away from the beach. The gastronomy in the entire complex is great, affordable and friendly. There is a restaurant, a bar and something like a bistro/bar.
