Camping at an angle
I have never experienced such a hilly campsite! We didn't get the pitch we had booked as it was probably incorrectly marked on the map and stood free on the meadow right next to the water tap, supposedly all the other pitches were occupied, but that wasn't the case. We had to jack up the caravan over... 12cm, a normal ramp as is usual was not high enough. The cleanliness of the toilets was not good and unlike other campsites, we didn't see any staff on the site. Otherwise the site is huge and quiet but the access road is very long and narrow, I don't want to know what it's like when 2 caravans meet in the middle. Then one has to drive quite far backwards.
