Vacation saved!

Since the originally planned vacation unfortunately fell through due to Corona, we looked around for an alternative inland. The extended weekend at Thörishaus campsite almost made us forget the annoyances.

The restaurant serves delicious Thai food. The staff are very friendly and helpful,... and we enjoyed a delicious meal on the terrace almost every evening.

The location of the campsite is ideal. The most beautiful flora and fauna can be seen along the Sense and hiking trails really encourage you to go on bike tours. Cooling off in the river after a strenuous tour was a real treat.
A little further upstream there is even a climbing wall.

Thanks to the good public transport connections, we even took a day trip to the capital.

Although the tourist pitches are centrally located and not far from the sanitary facilities and the restaurant, they are also somewhat exposed on a meadow.

If only the toilet facilities.........................
Well located campsite with friendly and helpful operators. Unfortunately, the old and poorly maintained (often dirty) toilet facilities leave a lot to be desired.

Nice location right on the river, very quiet, sanitary ok, but we were only there for one night.
