No problem with a dog, you can go for a walk there. Located close to the highway which is not audible. The place makes a very well-kept impression. When we arrived, no one was on site and after a long search, we read a note on the stand that you should choose a place, someone will contact you (all 3 posted phone numbers were not available. View of the site: Clean and tidy, lots of campers due to the bicycle... access, they have the opportunity to cook and eat; a vending machine with chilled drinks is also available. WCs were modern decades ago. They largely fulfill their purpose. I find 2 showers a little small for the number of cyclists. Paid less than 27 euros for the night with aww and 2e +2k, which is a fair price-performance ratio.Automatiškai išversta.

Everything is mini, but everything is available, including a cozy lounge with outdoor seating... - Helga S.rugpjūtis 2014Teigiamiquiet, beautifully situated, large pitches, convenient for campers with dogs, good valueNeigiamiwe did not find anyVery nice place in the Danube valley near PassauThe Donautal campsite is very close to the freeway and is therefore often visited by people passing through. It is also conveniently located for cyclists, directly on the Danube cycle path. We (2 adults) spent two weeks on the site with our dog and were very satisfied. Walking the dog was no problem.... The location of the site is very nice and quiet, hardly any traffic. The pitches are generously laid out on flat grass, broken up by bushes. There are only a few sanitary facilities, but they are always very clean. A bread roll service is provided by the traveling baker at half past 7 in the morning. There is a small, well-stocked store and a bakery just 100 m away in the village. For trips to Passau, the Bavarian Forest and other places in the Danube Valley, the place was ideal for us. Austria is also not far away. Every pitch has electricity and there are plenty of water taps. The site is very reasonably priced and the staff are friendly and helpful. Many excursion possibilities, ideal for cycling.NeigiamiWe didn't find any, just avoid the places near the large hedge/bushes - mosquito alarm.Quiet place in beautiful surroundingsAn absolutely quiet site, large pitches, beautifully designed. I only heard the baker's bell at 8.00 a.m. on the first day. Unfortunately, we were unlucky to have chosen a pitch directly behind the tall bushes. A small stream flows behind it, which we only discovered later. As a result, we had an incredible... number of mosquitoes. This is certainly not the case at any other campsite. The sanitary facilities are older, but always clean. The operator is always friendly and in a good mood. Although the operator is only on site sporadically, 2 to 3 times a day, everything runs smoothly. You choose a pitch and as soon as the lady is back, she comes by and takes your details. Likewise when you leave, just let her know in advance and she will bring the bill with her next time. The surrounding area is ideal for cycling. The Danube is about 1 km away, the paths there and along the Danube are flat. Eging am See, Vilshofen, Passau, Deggendorf...all not far away and the Czech border can be reached in about 70 km. All in all a nice place, for onward travelers as a stopover, but also for a quiet longer vacation we can recommend this place.Automatiškai išversta.- René R.rugsėjis 2013We used the site for overnight stays. The site is very well-kept and clean, pitches on level grass, broken up by large bushes. There are no pitches or I overlooked them. Pleasingly few permanent campers. The sanitary facilities are older, but well maintained and well thought out (plenty of hooks, washbasins... with soap by the toilets, etc.). A bakery van comes to the site in the morning. Thomas F.birželis 2011We stayed in Neßlbach for one night with WW & dog. The small campsite is cozy, uncomplicated, very well located and inexpensive. The sanitary facilities are simple but very clean. Beautiful pitches, a small lounge with a kitchenette, a small covered terrace with vending machines (beer also available)... ensure a pleasant stay even when it rains. The Danube is about a 10-minute walk away and the path there is ideal for walks. We can recommend the nearby Gasthaus Auenstein with a clear conscience. The beer (Wolferstetter) is world class, our meal was hearty and delicious.
