- Johannes G.augusztus 2019A lot needs to be doneVery small, cozy campsite. It has a lot of potential. The toilets are an absolute horror. Showers are a disaster. Not a proper sanitary block. You also have to brush your teeth in the sink where you clean your dishes. No emptying of the chemical toilet possible. Sometimes you need very long power cables.... The driveway is very narrow and curved. With a width of 2.50 you may have a problem. So those were the negative points. The food is very good. Good starting point. Cute little village with bakery, bar, petrol station, restaurant and mini supermarket. There is also a sandy beach. Swimming is very good, but the water is of course a bit chilly. If the negative things were changed, then this place would deserve 5 stars. One more thing, a small website with at least an e-mail address and telephone number would be helpful. Despite everything, we will be back!!!Automatikusan lefordítva.
- Christine R.augusztus 2018PozitívumokQuiet - if you like the sound of the river and the cicadas. Very natural.Idyllic place close to natureI spent one night on the site during a cycle tour and really enjoyed it. If, like me, you're looking for a place away from the hustle and bustle (and would prefer to camp in the wild), you'll find it here. Apart from me, there were only two motorhomes on the site, so I felt almost alone in the middle... of nowhere. The toilet block is tiny, with two showers and a washbasin, and there are also two toilet options (standing and sitting). I enjoyed a very good pizza in the adjoining small restaurant with a nice terrace. The price-performance ratio is optimal both in the restaurant and at the campsite!Automatikusan lefordítva.
- Gunnar N.augusztus 2018PozitívumokSoca, cheap, uncomplicated.NegatívumokThe sound of the Soca. The chirping of the crickets. The chiming of the church clock.simple campsiteThe campsite is located right next to the petrol station at the northern end of Kanal ob Soci in the direction of Bovec. It offers space for about 50 people and is particularly suitable for tents or small motorhomes. Below the campsite flows the Soca (which is called Isonzo after it crosses the border... at Gorica). As the river is dammed upstream and downstream of Kanal to generate electricity, it flows slowly through Kanal and is not as cold as further upstream. In summer, many families bathe in the river. The men's toilet facilities consist of 2 urinals, 1 privy and 1 toilet bowl, the women's facilities will be similar. There is also 1 shower and 3 washbasins in the sanitary building. It is cleaned daily. A special feature of the campsite is the "cold store". Drinks and food in waterproof packaging can be cooled in the stream that flows through the cold store. There are no pitches, everyone camps as they please. There is a simple restaurant (pizza, cevapcici or schnitzel) right next to the campsite, an ice cream parlor next door and a bakery and 2 restaurants within walking distance (approx. 200 m). There is a Mercator supermarket at the south end of the canal (approx. 400 m). From 7.00 a.m. to 8.00 p.m. the melodic church clock strikes the time every quarter of an hour.Automatikusan lefordítva.
