After a quick phone call to find out how many pitches were still available, we made the journey and found a really nice pitch. We were given a very warm welcome and would come back again and again. Dogs are not allowed in the restaurant, nor is there a separate area on the beach. I don't know how the high prices for a dog come about. There are no dog waste bags anywhere, nor enough garbage cans. The WLAN doesn't work at all, not even on the market square. There is... no café with service where you can sit in the afternoon. We had booked a more expensive pitch but still had no hot water for over a day. There is also nowhere to withdraw money on the site. I don't know anything about 5 stars. Due to the fact that we were so restricted with the dog, we won't be back. And electricity must also be

(Indoor play paradise not used due to the expensive entrance fee). Few playgrounds and these are older.
Definitely great in warm summer... weather due to the great lido.

As a young family, the proximity to the playgrounds and the peace and quiet in Germanenland was a dream. We all got something out of the weekend.
We are also considering coming back for a weekend to try out even more of the leisure activities.
