Well-maintained sanitary facilities. An operator (a German) who posts the weather forecast for the next few days on his door every evening and with whom you... can talk for hours - if you want - about the ski touring opportunities in the area. Plus the endless climbing possibilities in the best limestone and the legendary cycle routes (Tour de France). And harvesting mirabelle plums right outside the tent in the fall...
