This was our first real winter camping vacation, which we really enjoyed because of the great campsite. The location is perfect, in a quiet area right on the Achensee. The mountain panorama really sweetens the... stay. The campsite team is very friendly, helpful and courteous. Although it was our first time there, we felt very welcome. The sanitary facilities were very clean, it felt like they were being cleaned, vacuumed and mopped 24/7. There was a children's room and a youth room for the children, which was very well equipped. After a day of skiing, the equipment could be dried in the drying room. It was very convenient to be able to use a fixed gas connection. All in all, we really, really liked it there. However, we have known the area around Lake Achensee for 20 years. The site impresses with its great location, the spacious showers and the entire infrastructure.
