Unfortunately, the petting zoo is only open very early in the morning, and there’s far too little shade throughout the entire grounds, which makes it really difficult for families... with small children. There are no large trees providing shade on the campsites, nor at the playgrounds or the mini-golf course. Everything is in direct sunlight.

The staff were very friendly and always helpful.
The only thing that’s a bit of a pain is the booking system for recreational activities. You have to book by 10:00 a.m. for the next day. Otherwise, you won’t have a chance to do anything.
And there are clearly not enough restrooms in the new, large washhouse. It gets crowded regularly!
